The proximity to the beach was good.
Breakfast was good but tables were not cleaned in between guests eating at them.
The hallways were extremely dark. Room was not clean. Hard to get clean towels each day.

The breakfast was really good. Loved the 24 hour a day coffee. Near beach and grocery store. Pets welcome.

The property was in a good location.
AC wasn’t adjustable. Even if you did adjust it, it didn’t make a difference. Housekeeping was only every 3 days so we didn’t get new towels and things we needed. Only one elevator was working, it made going up and down difficult. The staff were rude, especially Hayat. She was very rude to me during check in when I mentioned I didn’t know about the 250 deposit (which I still haven’t gotten back). For the stay being as expensive as it was, the services could have been better, and there was hardly ever parking because they let people from the beach park there too. Not to mention the lobby was hot because the staff didn’t like the noise of the fan! That’s where everyone ate breakfast and it made it even hotter.

Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Walking distance of grocery store. Surface parking.
Only had our room cleaned once during a 4 day stay. No working telephone in the room. Staff not friendly. The hotel was not clean. Hallways dim. The incidental fees is $250, which is extremely high.

Beds need updated, not the most comfortable sleep, but for the value would stay here again.

Did not have breakfast.
Dogs are not allow in dining room or lobby so you eat in your room.okay, but lady at check in can bring her dog in stroller and keep it behind the counter which is in the lobby and barks at people. The general manager allows that .that manager and how he runs it is a joke. I have stayed at many la quanta around the country this was by par the worst.

The front girls were very nice!!!
We had black mold in our room and had headaches while in the room. Didn’t find the mold until the day we checked out.
The breakfast area was a mess and the young man working it was sitting down videoing himself singing.

The room was pretty big and clean. The beds were confortable. Good breakfast.
The only thing I didn´t like was that there was only one type of bread (white) to toast. I would have liked to have some whole wheat bread too.

I like the staff.
My bed had a stain on it. It looked like blood. The breakfast area was ok but some of the food was cold and there was no microwave to heat the food.

The location was only two blocks from the beach. There was a Harris Teeter, Subway (restaurant), Taco Bell, and Pizza place all within a few steps from the hotel.
Bathroom was tiny, wouldn’t mind seeing more breakfast options besides boiled eggs and waffles, PLEASE DONT PAY FOR PARKING! I paid but I received my refund in 2-3 business days. Also, this hotel is dog friendly so if you have allergies this is a heads up.

Value and location
Amenities, poor and fitness center closed for renovations. One of two elevators are out of service during our stay.
Hot water was not hot enough to make tea. A little disappointment.

It was comfortable. Stayed here once in the past.
The door being inbetween the shower and the toilet. Also I requested a late check out for noon with the gentleman who was very nice and helpful, and this morning at 1136am when me and my boyfriend was getting ready to leave there, the housekeeper knocked on the door and rudely told my boyfriend that check out was at 11am when I specifically requested for 12pm to check out. So miscommunication on the staff .

The location was great the breakfast was ok
I didn’t like the fact that I originally had reservations for 1 night 10/27 added an additional night for 10/26, arrive at the hotel late around 11 checked in paid fine. Friday night around 10 got a knock on the door that I need to come down stairs and pay that my reservations was cxl.Long story short my reservations was separate instead of together so I had to pay to separate payments versus paying everything together, I thought the desk clerk charged me for 2 nights come to find out she didn’t inconvenience and hotel mixed up.Also I think it is Ridiculous to charge your hotel guest Parking fees when the are staying at the property .

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was good didn't need to go out. room was clean but bathroom could use a little more cleaning.

Wasn't very clean, elevator nasty thru out the day, room had left over food in draw from pervious customer, had to pay for parking in there own lot, pool wasn't kid friendly

Clean rooms. Free coffee. Pets allowed.
Loud music through the night in parking lot. People drinking a ton at the pool and listening to vulgar music with tons of profanities. There was a housekeeper shortage so if you needed something they wouldn't be able to get it for you, and rooms were not able to be turned down. There was a sign that said just call the front desk and they would have it up front if you need something, but when we would use the phone to call the front desk they would hang up on us. There was only one hook in the room to hang up towels or wet bathing suits. Staff was just kind of rude. There was a $15 fee to park per night.

It was close to the beach and different shopping places.
The elevator was very slow, the shower got cloaked up as soon as we turned it on. Breakfast didn’t have many options.

Great location close to the beach!
they are short staffed, and the staff that are working did not do their job properly. I was checked in as someone else which then at 4 o’clock in the morning was woken up by room service telling us we were not supposed to be in this room at all but the lady that morning at the front desk helped us out. also, they don’t have daily room service checks.

The location was great and close to boardwalk and ocean. Our check in was great with the young man at the counter.
Pool was not open and gym was also closed. Also no everyday housekeeping due to "staff shortage". No scrambled eggs for breakfast but they had double sausage. Make it make sense.
