great location close to the KU campus

We were in the “motel” type building - old and yucky. The door to the room wouldn’t open reliably. the whole thing seemed run down and ick.

Heated Pool - Hotub could of been hotter because the pool was just as warm

They do not have a coin machine for the washer and dryer, and the laundry soap dispenser was broken and I had to ask for soap. Then the vending machines had no food or snacks in them and the stuff that was in there looked to have been there for quite some time

the manager was terrible and very rude when handling issues with my booking. very unprofessional and would not take responsibility for a mistake made by her staff when scheduling was not accurate on their end. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Clean room, good breakfast, very nice value for the money.

Things were just fine. Perhaps letting us know where the ice machines were would have helped.

Just about everything was satisfactory.

They never keep the breakfast supplies stocked, have never been able to get the waffle.

Breakfast was horrible, I can never seem to get a waffle,they never replace the mix after first one

I had a room on the first floor inside the building. close by parking

The toilet in the room was broken. It sounded like it could fall apart at any time. It may have been the head housekeeper, I don't know, but someone used a key to access my room before 11 AM the day I left. I was still in it. I had a friend who worked for a hotel and the supervisor would go around and take all of the tips before she went in to clean. When she quit, they begged her to stay and offered her tip money. It was too late. Food for bkft was 'cool' but I warmed it up in the microwave. When I checked in the man asked to see my credit card. I have had my card copied on check in before and sold on the dark web. The credit card company said they still get hits on it even though it was cancelled immediately. So, even though I look like a 'stupid old woman', I am not. I wouldn't give it to him because they had self swipe machines sitting out. Apparently he just had to activate it.
