I liked how close I was to Globe Life.

The fact the manager hasn’t refunded my “incidental deposit” when I was told it would be refunded. I didn’t like the fact that housekeeping would barge into your room even when you asked for them not to.

Passable

Courtesy of clerk after checking the first dirty smelly room, when to cancel my reservation but she talked to me into getting another room, this is a big decapitated hotel at least the part I was in.

Some room look dirty and cigarette smell, hallway dirty some elevators not working and that one that was working was in decay this is an old and big building seems like it used to be nice but far from being a decent place to stay.

Housekeeping made it uncomfortable.

The kitchenette and space and the king size bed

The harassing house keepers no light in middle of king size room suite barely see at night only light is kitchen stove light. And my 8 month old baby wasn’t free since I only paid for two adults. Was threatened to be kicked out over that. And there is a $100 deposit oh and don’t get the towels dirty or they will charge you.

Let’s just say, I’ll never return to that location!!

The outside smelled like pee. Once we got inside, the smell was even stronger. Staff was rude!!

The room is pretty big and has kitchen appliances so its nice for those looking to not buy food outside

The location is OK but the place itstelf is pretty dirty everywhere and needs a whole lot of manintenance. As a one night location its fair.

Nothing to write home to anyone about anything great about this place. I won’t recommend this place!

Nothing, and it was too late to go to another hotel.

I was given a do not disturb sign for my door. The next morning, asked why it was removed. I was told, they no longer use those tags and can enter the rooms whenever they want to. I asked without my permission…they said yes and that no hotels use the do not disturb signs anymore. That’s not true, I travel quite a bit and those do not disturb tags are still in circulation for MANY HOTELS. The clerk who check me in, late night was very pleasant but in the morning, the other clerk was very argumentative about the entire situation. She didn’t even offer to comfort me by telling me that my room would not be disturbed while I was away from the premises. I had to go back to my room and rearrange my belongings just so I’d know if anything was tampered with while I was away. Over all an upsetting stay, I will NEVER stay there again!!

the size of the room

Kitchen sink had dirty food left in the drain. The coffee maker was sprinkled dink I couldn’t even make a cup of coffee without it running all over the place ❗️

The location to the venue we were going to was about the only thing good with this hotel.

Unlike the reviews read prior to booking, the grounds and facility are really run down, old and outdated. This property is used more like an extended stay for people that LIVE there full time - Elevators did not work, exterior doors to the property building had NO locks, trash and debris all over grounds - not to mention that the lock on the internal room door had been busted off. The entire room had a slope to it so nothing was level. Additionally, I was charged a $50 deposit upon check in that was never communicated and would be released upon check out once housekeeping cleaned and cleared the room! I was there for 1 night and they are worried about me cleaning up after myself or else I would be charged? What about the entire place and the "tenants" that are living there???!! I really feel that the descriptions on line were very misrepresented and untrue - not work $100 for the night (with the deposit = $150) for such a run down establishment!

absolutely nothing!!! so disrespectful rude racist . lied about the amenities on the hotel refused my husband and I a room and threaten to call police on us because we were sitting outside with our stuff while we waited on the room we booked to be ready
