I liked that there were no leaks in the roof, The staff was overall really Plesant and kind, they had sliver ware at the front desk when was got our KFC for dinner and forgot untiles. I likes how the people at the front desk.

the pool is out of service and when we called, they said the pool worked, housekeeping did my clean our room even though we requested it. the breakfast as okay the eggs tasted similar to cardboard, I would suggest eating out or bringing your own food. the room did have a few bugs, although I do not believe that was the hotels' fault, because La Quatina's do not have bugs normally. Ethier someone else had them or the room was never properly cleaned. the hotel elevator needs an update it has a terribly annoying beeping Nosie along with the paint and the bars coming off the wall. The shower was not very ADA compliment, there was no handlebar and not a walk-in shower. overall, not the greatest experience and would not stay here again unless it is my only option. I didn't like how the breakfast wasn't the best the eggs were cold and the muffens were too. Also when I got out of the shower there was nothing to hold onto and to add on too that I did not like how when we asked for room serves the night before our last night there and ever the room key says, on the last night of your stay you will get a compilatory room clean but we didn't. Also to top all of that the pellows were not that soft and there was only one chair and too top all of this of all of the TV shows were boring or innaporpote for me and in conclusion, I would not recomed to stay here or waist your money on this place because it's is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at it is not the best they really need to just change the whole hotel. Also it was never comtrable to sleep.

Great location, nearby everything. Ample parking. Great staff. Nice size rooms. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. OMG, super convenient.

The pillows are not comfortable. It would've been nice to have a comforter in the room. The ice machine are not on every floor so it was a bit much to go between floors for ice. Ice machines are on floors 1 and 3 only.

The bed was comfy and location was pretty good. Water was nice and hot for shower!

Shower didn't drain well, ac didn't work very good (thankfully it got cold outside) and there was issues w card being charged wrong. Key cards didn't work right. Breakfast area was a crazy mess. Went to sit and have a cup of coffee and ended up covered in syrup! We normally stay at Embassy Suites but we recently stayed at the La Quinta in Victoria, Texas and it was amazing.....this was not the same experience! :(

Clean, comfortable room at a decent price. Close proximity to restaurants and stores. Quiet environment. Breakfast was decent.

Evening staff not very friendly. Requested late checkout at booking. Was told upon arrival that was only available to Wydham Platinum guests. Reluctantly allowed late checkout when I expressed my disappointment at their poor customer service. No hairdryer in the room.

The staff was nice and we had a room.

We booked a room several weeks in advance and requested a room for people with disabilities. One was not available. Breakfast was mostly gone by 8:00 am only eggs and waffles and other foods we couldn't eat.

The location was good and the facility was clean

The beds were not very comfortable the sheets were kinda stained that bothered me the most
