Great location of the interstate, although the entrance was hard to find
No elevator to the second floor. Would be appreciated about those of us that have difficulty walking.

It was clean. Easy to get to. Large room. Comfortable bed.
The breakfast area is really small. Only stairs. No elevator. They need an accessible bathroom for guests. One of us needed to use it and said it was like pulling teeth to get the front desk attendant to let them. It’s locked and they had to call a manager and then use an empty hotel room instead. That’s crazy

We like the location.
It is close to my Aunt in Guin, and My Sister in Loves house in Hamilton.
We awoke to no water. We couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. We were not offered a bottle of water or anything. The hand sanitizer was empty.
The breakfast area was claustrophobic. When we stayed there years ago, Before it became a “Quality”Inn, the breakfast area was Huge. Very welcoming! It was cheerfully decorated.
After conversation with the desk clerk, he told us that the water was back on. We went upstairs and the water was BLACK.
We cancelled our reservation for our second night at the facility. By that time we were blocked off from even getting a piece of toast
