Easy-on, easy-off Interstate 26 next to a Home Depot store. Typical standard Comfort Inn.

Our reservation was not delivered to the property. I don't know where the breakdown in data communication failed. After 15 minutes of investigation by the front office we were registered as guests and got our room at the reservation rate. this was at 10PM after driving 235 miles. Just a little inconvenient.

How close it was to everything making it convenient and easy for me to commute.

There were ants in the shower and the baseboards below the beds were absolutely disgusting.

I had drove for 8 hrs with kids and was ready for a fast and easy rest along my trip. The first room I had, the pull out bed was broke and the couch mattress was extremely old and nasty, stained and lumpy. And the room was dirty. But I only complained about the bed not opening correctly. The front desk clerks put me into a different room and upgraded me to a suite for no extra charge. The next room was dirty too. hair in shower, food in the walls by couch, by the fridge, doorways.. floors inc wear socks, nasty sticky. The pull out bed had crushed Oreo pieces falling out if it and on the sheets. Went to front desk, got new sheets. Then I noticed I didn’t have a blanket and Had to go back down for that. Maid was knocking on my door around 10:25 am, check out wasn’t until 11 am. Then as I was standing with the door to my room open ,waiting for my daughter to get out of the rest room, I was asked again if I was leaving. I felt pushed out, by the hotel morning cleaning staff.

The hotel was clean, it was in a wonderful location. I was in walking distance to stores & restaurants.The staff was amazing,the rooms were very clean, beds comfy & breakfast was good and hot will be staying there again in the near future.

Rooms were not as clean. Kool-aid type spill on floor. Stain on the pillow sheets. Condoms on the side of the dresser. Shower was not all the way clean. The fridge made a noise thru out the stay.

When I walked in, it was clean, and the counter associates were friendly and professional . The rooms were clean and smelled so good. Bed was comfortable.

the whole reason my 6-month pregnant wife and I got a room at your hotel was cuz of the convenience of it being by Walmart and the other stores, with that being said,I had one of the most traumatic experiences of my life on my 36th birthday being discriminated against racial profile embarrassed humiliated threatened and kicked off of Walmart's property all because I came to Walmart too many times within a time frame from the hotel so I started being followed by security , I am a public safety officer for the last 15 years so when I noticed them following me for visits in a row the same two asset protective undercover security officers I approached them,so when I question them about following me they said if you weren't doing nothing wrong or stealing why does it matter when I told him that I want to speak to a supervisor they refused and cursed me out when I told them they're being professional and will start recording they kicked me out of the property threatened me with the police threatened with trespass and off of the property humiliating me embarrassed me took all my merchandise back

The employees are polite and professional. There is a complimentary cookies and ice flavored water in the lobby. Also cart to make luggage handling much easier.The breakfast is okay they offer hot and cold. They also have a small store in the lobby. Walmart is next door and the mall is across the street and Denny's in off the same Rd as the hotel

The pictures don't match what you walk into, the couch cushions were stained, I found needle caps in the table drawer. The pool is very small. The patio near the pool was a mess and I sat in a broken chair and almost fell. The traffic at this location is terrible.

The cleaning staff were friendly.

Lot not to like here. Desk personnel snippy, people not even staying at the hotel drinking and catcalling in the parking lot till all hours of the early morning, overall appearance of the room was grimy. For the price, surely there has to be a better 3 star hotel.
