Price, location
Pictures online of pool, pool was filled in with grass. My son was devastated. Shower head was very hard dispensing water. Mattress was very hard

We had traveled almost 9 hrs before arriving in Troy and it was perfect for the price and we had a good nights sleep.

It was a central location to where O was needing to be.
The sink was stopped up and there was the biggest spider we had to kill as soon as we got in the room.
