Air didn't work room was not clean nor was bathroom

It was a bed

It was a absolute grunge. Peeling paint everywhere. Cockroach. Worn-out fixtures. Scarred walls. Advertised 10$ pet charge then charged 20$

nothing. Location was the only thing that was good about it.

it was dirty and smelled. the bathroom was disgusting, there was a hole in the shower and the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. there was people outside the room almost all night. the floor was damp and the room was just disgusting.

The floors were filthy. Lots of cock roaches. Pathetic continental breakfast.

Kind/friendly staff! Also, the location was super convenient. Very close to restaurants and need to go places!

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. My pup went under the bed and kept coming out with stuff which was kind of gross/disappointing. Also, the lock on the door would not work at times which worried us.

The staff was very good . It was out dated . It should have been cleaner

The doors to the room were was not safe I would not stay alone.the bed were comfortable.

The bed still had the same bedding from the last occupant. The flat sheet on the King bed was crinkled up under the bed spread and the pillows in a pile at the head of the bed. The only lights that worked are in the bathroom and over the vanity. One of the lamps had no shade, but didnt work anyway. The room should have been more clean.I asked for extra towels every day and only got them on our last night. Housekeeping never made the bed or emptied the garbage. I put the garbage by the door with the towels, and they still never took it, but did take the towels right next to it. The toilet was not scrubbed. It had soil and a ring around the bowl. I had to ask the front end staff for more toilet tissue.The microwave smelled terrible and had something melted on it. I will never stay at this particular hotel again. The wifi was also very spotty. Run down, mold, dirty, did not feel safe here. If I could give a zero I would. Pictures on booking.com must be 15 yrs old. Going to contact corporate. Are they aware of whats going on at this location. Most people living by the week, with familys there. Broken vehicles in parking lot. Lots of shady transactions going on in parking lot.

Air was cold, French toast was good, bananas were good, towels dry water off you, garbage cans were full in hallways. Lady at counter appeared to be on meth loved it here smoked weed and got high as hell in their smoking room

Carpet was disgusting, not one lampshade, day two breakfast was 30 min late opening, we left couldn’t wait. No towels second day. Not enough first or either day. Not one pop machine worked. Air was cold though

had black mold all over the ceiling and the sink was rusted out,tile missing on the floor

The lady at the desk was very nice.

My room smelt so bad, it was very loud and scary. I guess you get what you pay for. One big rust bucket. Cops came thinking girls were soliciting. I’m like OMG where am I.
