The lobby and downstairs always looked and smelled clean. The staff is amazing. Our toilet didnt flush so they just moved us to another room across the hall immediately.And the breakfast is something else!! So many options...hot and cold, and always full. The beds were amazing and theres a sleep app they provide to you to help you fall asleep and rest well. It really is an awesome place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely be booking here again!!

The pool needed to be tended to a bit more. Broken umbrellas, I had to use the net and clean out the stuff floating, and cushions on chairs had bird poop on them.

Nothing of significance!! The wall behind bed might could be changed to a more calming color like a blue gray ?? Or in the soft blue family? But, that being said, everything was great!!!

We stayed at another hotel before this one. The staff was excellent and so was everything else. The Sleep inn didn’t compare.

Staff wasn’t friendly or not much help

There were a lot of stains all over the room and on the sheets. The carpet was wet and the rooms smelled of mildew. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but this one really was disgusting.

Good location, the staff was great, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool felt great!

The location was convenient for this trip. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special

We had ants in out room. The shower was pretty small and water got all over the floor because the door did not fit. The room was also quite small with no place to put things.

Location wasn’t in the middle of the mall area. It was quiet.

Not enough parking near the doors.
