The location was beautiful
The pool hours were not accessible for me as I was there for work, they tried to charge me an extra 25$ upon checkout but couldn’t tell me what it was for so they just took it off.

The desk was friendly and helpful.
Bed as really hard and uncomfortable . The air-conditioner leaked water in the floor.

The location was wonderful and very close to restaurants. The night staff was very great and accommodating! They were literally a rockstar.
The room was nice but our specific room did have a leaky AC unit so the ground was wet around the area. Not too bad though since we didn't really go near it but overall something to put in maintenance-wise.
Cleaning was good there was a few areas where some stuff hasn't been cleaned. For example the sofa bed had some candy wrappers on it still and no sheets.
The pool was great and not too cold. Very big and goes down to 6 ft. Hot tub / jacuzzi was great and had bubbles/jets. They even have a shower area where you can rinse off all the chlorine.
Gym equipment was good as well had a treadmill that inclined. Regular stuff as well like drum bells, a yaga matt.
Lastly would I go here again....yes I would actually. It was very good pricing and staff was great. Just needs a little bit more cleaning and also a few maintenance work on the AC unit itself.
Ps.. There is only one elevator and it's slow and breakfast was actually so good!!
Leaky AC unit and a little more cleaning would be nice.

The best pool and hot tub combination I’ve used in a long time. Dining, entertainment and shopping close by.
Seemed to have had a recent, poorly done paint job. Paint spatter etc. on sidewalks and in hallways. Staff was a little short on hospitality but the hotel was very busy due to the Eclipse.

Staff took forever getting upfront. Uncomfortable bed. Showers/hot water sucked. Outdated/run down. Stunk inside.

Breakfast was a joke. Your Hotel and are was very ran down. Hell I've stayed at Motel 6's a lot better and cleaner. Very over priced.

The room was not as advertised. We were supposed to have a large tub in the room and didn’t. The air conditioning was mid at best. The bed was not comfortable and the hallways were disgusting.

The hotel is showing its age and looked a little dingy. My room’s bathroom had cracked and loose tiles which was concerning because I was afraid I’d cut my foot.

It was poorly taken care of. The doors had tape for our room numbers, there was carpet tacks when we took the stairs, there was hand prints all over the headboard in the room that we stayed in. it was nothing like the pictures online. I was very disappointed.

The room size was nice.
The property is in total disrepair. Construction supplies everywhere, my room lost power one day, the leaked from the window and ceiling another.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Most of the employees were nice.
I wasn't told before we got there that we had to pay extra daily for our 10 lb dog!
The chair to help the disabled to get in the pool and hottub weren't working. It was the whole reason I booked that hotel. It was a major letdown.

It had nothing to do with the staff being nice or the hotel being clean/comfy, The people around in different rooms were so loud. We could not sleep and the people upstairs were banging. The overall experience was not good and we will not be staying at this location again.

It will be good if they have more hours for breakfast it’s to early to wake up. Other than that it was perfect
The location was kind of weird it didn’t seem like on the pictures . The outside of the hotel looks like a really old property. The Bldg was under construction and it was a weird smell. My wife is allergic to dust . They should tell us before that. I supposedly reserve a room with a bath tub like a jacuzzi they should explain better the amenities of the room

but front desk lady was helpful and sort the issue and have room to stay.
