The rooms are a nice size. The pull out couch is great when traveling with kids, and having a kitchen was a huge bonus. I also like that this property is pet friendly.

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was pubic hair in our shower. They were also weird about giving us towels. We stayed for a week and on our 3rd night we asked for clean towels but didn’t ask again until night 6. I was given 2 towels and when I asked for two more (there are 5 of us) I was told not to be greedy. When I told the front desk it was only our second time asking for towels I was given two more. The pool was also freezing cold.

ive stayed here before always a nice quiet pleasant weekend away from home the breakfast is great staff smiles and says hello no matter what time day or night you walk by the front desk. i will definitely stay again.

The Wi-Fi did not work on the 6th floor I had to use my hot spot for a zoom meeting. Also the bar and restaurant were not opened Saturday night

Breakfast was fairly good first 2 days, then sausages disappeared.

There were no large towels when we arrived. We had to ask twice to give us such. The canal under the shower was clogged. We asked for assistance - they came after 2 days. Cleaning the room - not every day. Changing the bed sheets - never (for 6 nights). House keeping staff - lazy.

Clientele has really changed over the years. Used to be an upper class hotel and has gone into disrepair. Room lacked hot water and couch smelled like cat pee and was all scratched up. Loud patrons ruined our stay and we won't be returning to this location as we have before. Omelet station they advertise was not open on Saturday or Sunday so why advertise it.

The employees were very friendly, checking in and out was a breeze. Very roomy. Kitchen was clean and well supplied. Loved the front door of hotel locked at night.

I am very short...so I had a difficult time moving the shower head that was pointing toward the wall rather then the middle. Also the bedding. The top like quilt was old so the cotton padding made little lumps which could be felt when you sleep. Could use a little brighter colors.

They had a good variety for their continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and loved that we had a small kitchen in our room so we could also cook our own meals. Definitely would stay here again.

When we arrived with our grandchildren this hotel arranged a first floor room as our granddaughter was on crutches to accommodate her injury. It was greatly appreciated.

I think these people went through our things when we asked them for towels.

V ery poor water pressure in the the top floor, you can feel the springs in the bed, A/C blows directly in your feet with no adjustments
