No breakfast included, The location was perfect as it was close to relatives we were visiting. Clean room, but out dated. All we needed was to sleep and it accommodated us.
Our room smelled like smoke, but they gave us a spray. I run a hotel similar to the Celebration... I understand that visitors do not always listen to rules.

It was great for a quick place to stay. No issues. Just seems a bit outdated.
Not really a complaint on the facility but the noise from other guests was a bit much. Thin walls and all

Location was convenient, and the motel was reasonably priced.
Good AC.
Clean room.
The amenities were a bit lacking as far as towels, soap and shampoo.
