I love Lake Tahoe. First time visitor, but for sure not last time. The resort is great, their staff is very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed staying at this resort

would have liked a cart to go from the lakeside cottages to the main hotel. the food in the cafe was just average. my husband ordered steak and eggs and the eggs were over cooked and he was so tough he could barely cut it. he said it was the worst breakfast he ever had.

friendly front desk staff, bar and restaurant staff where great, odd interaction in the morning in the casino with a staff member that no identification and no idea what his position was but asked a simple question and was barked at not pleasant way to start your day

our room had a pipe issue in bathroom. Was very loud and water was either really hot or cold.

It was amazing. Such a beautiful setting.

I would not recommend the Lone Egale Grill food was great the service was not good. Also very pricey for what you got.

I didn’t like to stay at 2nd floor , and there aren’t restaurant options inside the hotel.

it was very hard and inconvenient to get food. Two hour wait to order anything except for premade items. a hotel this size and price should have better restaurant options and not make their guests wait hours to get food
