Washer & Dryer, shampoo & conditioner in the shower, walking distance to downtown, continental breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff

The staff was great and friendly and very helpful. The location was central to where I needed to be for business. The room was comfortable. The hot and cold breakfast options were plentiful and the hostess was very effective and kind.
It could have had an elevator. We did choose to stay on the second floor, but it would have been an easier stay with an elevator!

1. Had ROOM 109 and the breakfast preparers woke us up at 5:00am. Not happy.

Friendly efficient and helpful staff and a good value
No elevator could be a problem forsome. The distance of a mile or so from town attractions might be a long walk for so.e (but National Park Service shuttle bus can help)

Great location for me (close to the AT). Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I really appreciated that our room was clean. Cleanliness is most important to me. Breakfast was an added benefit and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for our planned activities.

The staff was very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. It was great to be able to wash/dry our cycling clothes.
This comment may be unfair to the property. The night that we stayed we had been cycling and we were very tired. We could not remain asleep because there were what sounded like shots being fired constantly until about midnight.

Bed was very comfortable. Close to Bolivar and Harpers Ferry.
Breakfast in past hotels has included hot food: eggs, bacon, etc. Was expecting that. It was self serve. Waffles were good. Good selection of fruits and yogurt.

Breakfast was included which was eggs, waffles you make, sausage, cereals, muffins, biscuits and gravy. Plus tea and coffee and juices. The staff from general manager to the receptionist were friendly and helpful. And very polite. Location of this place is hidden but also very close to town and AT trail is across street from lot entrance. Room was great, clean and roomy.
Didnt stay long enough to have any complaints in general. If you pulling trailer or RV'ing to stay be aware tight lot entrance on incline (If another vehicle is coming in or out) but trailers watch that dip to street.

Location somewhat isolated, decent but uninteresting. restaurants not close and idea you could walk to historical park unrealistic (though driving access very easy)
