Great location, very clean and good price for a pre-cruise hotel.

Had some challenges with room ac was unable to get it as cool as i would have liked.

Location was good.

The staff was unprofessional and intimitating to our young adult children. When we checked in, we paid all and they said everything is paid. When our children checked out, they claimed more money. We had to send all the documents to prove we have paid. It was supposed to be clear then but now they have charged extra from our credit card. This hotel needs to be refurbished. Rooms are old fashioned and the elevator takes forever to move. Paying $1800 for a week is too much for the value received not to mention unfriendly staff.

Insonorizzata bene verso l’esterno ma malissimo all’interno dell’albero, anche di notte si sentivano rumori della gente che tornava nella propria stanza. Abbastanza caro per avere solo la stanza senza nemmeno la colazione compresa nel prezzo.

El cafe de la habitacion era malo, no tenia variedad de gusto e intensidad. Tuve que ir a comprar capsulas en el deli.

We arrived at the airport at 7pm. Check in is open from 3pm. Our room was not ready so we waited half an hour before being able to check in. Laundry facilities not working properly and took my quarters. They advised they would credit it back to my CC. But I can see they charged me the full cost of stay. Apart from those issues, everything else was fine.

We had no breakfast. Hotel room was comfortable and relaxing. Staff was awesome, very welcoming!

Room was small. Accessible shower leaked water onto the floor.

Proximity to Central Park and the theatre district was great! Staff were nice.

Blankets were paper thin, temperature control was challenging. $105USD for a 20-minute drive to Newark airport was way too expensive, and they didn’t disclose that the ice was exclusive of taxes and tip.

The checkin occurred at 2pm and the staff held our luggage which was helpful. Very friendly and helpful.

Valet parking cost was so high, we parked at a lot and walked to the hotel. Our parking cost less than $50 for 24- hours.

The location was incredible - so close to Times Square. Also, huge shout out to Alex Pena. I believe the manager who I spoke with, great customer service.

La ubicacion, cama super comoda , muy limpio.

Los ascensores son el punto super flojo, estaba en piso 8 y minimo 10 min de espera y en horario de check out 20 min.. atrapada en el pasillo y viendo huespedes bajar por escalera. La.puerta del baño es tipo granero, por lo que pierde privacidad, una pena ese detalle.

The location of the hotel was central to many of the places we were visiting. The front desk team and the door service team were great, helpful and always happy to answer questions. The room service staff were okay.

The lifts were too slow in the hotel. When we would request items for the room which is part of house keeping it would take several calls before receiving the item we requested. On two occasions following house keeping services we would return from our day out and find our hotel room door opened.. The front desk staff apologised, however this was not something you would expect from housekeeping.

1st night didn’t have hot water.

The Hotel was very reasonably priced for its modernity, cleanliness, and location. Friendly front desk staff. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel at 8:30 AM on the day of my check in. Front Desk staff checked my in and when I came back later at 3 PM, my room was ready to go, I was issued a digital key and all went well. The rooms are reasonably spacious (for a manhattan hotel) and well appointed. Location to several major subway lines was also excellent.

The elevator is operated with a digital room key. (you can't get to your floor without the key. Great idea for security. When you use your key and press your floor, the button lights up. If you key doesn' then the button for your floor doesn't light up. The problem is that the lights for several floor buttons in the elevator are burned out and I witnessed several guests (including myself) get frustrated with this. Hotel staff is well aware of the problem since a staff member (who happened to be on the elevator) told me about it. How much $ could it possible take the Hilton Hotel Chain to fix this issue so that guests are not frustrated by this problem? There's just no excuse for it to occur.

Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Lit hyper confortable. Emplacement idéal proche de Time square et du métro.

Le ménage fait un jour sur deux qui se limite à faire les lits, vider les poubelles et changer les serviettes. J’aurais aimé un coup de nettoyage. Mais c’est vraiment un détails car c’est un super hôtel. Le prix des boissons dans le petit shop est quand même hyper cher 5 dollars une petite bouteille de coca.

Die Nähe zum Times Square

Dass in 6 Tagen nur 2xmal Zimmerreinigung gekommen ist und dass wir uns meistens selber die Betten machen mussten. Selber aufbetten mussten und Spannleintuch selber richten mussten.Noch dazu jedesmal dann an der Rezeption reklamierten mussten dass wir dann Handtücher bekamen. Bei der Abreise mussten wir um 12h aus dem Zimmer.Bei der Anfrage bei der Rezeption ob wir die Koffer inzwischen einstellen dürfen da wir erst um 14h vom Taxi abgeholt werden -teilte man uns mit,dass 2 Koffer gratis eingestellt werden dürfen und die restl 2 Packstücke wollte man dann jeweils 5 Dollar kassieren.das heisst wir hätten für 2 Packstücke nachdem wir gesamt 3 Koffer und 1 Sporttasche hatten für 2h zusätzlich 10 Dollar zahlen müssen.Als wir das nicht wollten verwiss man uns an einen Pagen der uns dann sehr behilflich war und uns sogar das Taxi auf 14h ins Hotel bestellt hatte. Jedoch mussten wir dem auch ein Trinkgeld geben und der Taxifahrer war dann teurer als der vom Flughafen zum Hotel obwohl er trotz Verkehr uns schneller zum Flughafen gebracht hatte.lange Rede kurzer Sinn uns hat NY trotzdem gut gefallen.lg
