We loved the location. We went to a broadway show and it was only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel is in such a great location . Restaurants and movie theater are in same parking lot, very close walking distance. Would stay here again if we go into the city or to American Dream mall . Bed was also very comfortable.

Breakfast had great options but we did not care for the pork gravy and biscuits .

Diverse mailtjes gestuurd kwam geen enkele reactie. Ook niet via de berichtenservice van booking (via de app) de vaatwasser was kapot, servies en pannen smerig. Geen enkele keer is er een schoonmaker geweest. Op de dag dat we zouden vertrekken kwam ineens een schoonmaakster die geen Engels sprak.

In my room my air conditioning was loud and they don't have exhaust in bathrooms which is very unfortunate. No one came to fix my issue even after requesting. So I use a table fan to sleep 2 days. Secondly their breakfast is very poor in quality standards and they close it 9.30 am. Not a good choice for families.

The hotel was in a nice location and had nice amenities

The hotel was not cleaned regularly. The room had mold. The bathrooms in the common areas were not stocked. The floors in the hallways were not vacuumed.

The room was nicely sized with a full kitchen. It was mostly clean in hotel throughout the days I stayed. Staff was pretty kind. Had to change room given on arrival cause there was a hole in wall. Bed was comfy. Nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was ok.

Wasn't a fan of the walk in shower with no door to close or curtains...The first room I was given had a hole in wall. Please check your room for damages beforehand.
