First floor units with door facing the parking lot is not ideal, however, the price was too good to pass up.

Good location and I did not eat breakfast there, hearing that it was minimal. It was near the university and a Huddle House that I am familiar with. The older lady at the desk was very hospital and competent.
The shower head did not work, so I ended up with no shower for a day. Also, I told the desk person I wanted a 2-bedroom. But she switched me somewhere else than the room without a working shower head. But that room did not have 2-beds.
