It was close to the beach and all rooms faced the Gulf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner breaking down and they were able to move us to another room.
We normally go to all inclusive and was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast or free chairs on the beach for the guest.

All went well we had so much fun 😁 and we for sure coming back again

Primarily my1st night was good. The last couple of nights a guest wirh screaming parents and crying kids were there and it was chaos. They have a texting system in which i cried out about as my daughter and 2 other kids were with me. Even after explaining that my daughter had just had corrective scoliosis surgery and it would be a horror to pack again still nothing was done. We stayed in room 404. You could hear everything. They asked that I change my room and only refunded me $100 . Very unacceptable. I would not recommend here at all. I was treated unfairly.
I had to ask for towels each day, no soap no conditioner, shampoo were filled in the showers. When you called the front desk you waited for a representative only to receive horrible attitudes and indecent customer service.

Did not eat at the hotel. Room was beautiful although the plugs in the bedside lamp did NOT work.

The view was nice
It was lacking cleanliness. The room didn't even have basic soaps, they were empty bottles in the shower. The room had a weird smell.

We got the breakfast package. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Each room has a balcony that looked out on the beach. The pool was heated and comfortably warm.
The bed was so high I had to use a chair to get on the bed. A swing-out mirror would be nice in the bathroom.

Beautiful location! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The heated pool was a huge plus.
The dinner options at the hotel were more limited than we would have liked. We had some terrible fettuccine dish last night and not a lot of choices.

The hotel was very convenient with us traveling with kids. Love having the beach in walking distance and food right downstairs.

The property was very clean.
The staff was not friendly or helpful. Anytime I asked a question the answer was "I don't know". I really needed help with something left in the room and they said housekeeping is gone for the day. We were leaving and they front desk staff didn't make any attempt to help.

The view was amazing. Breakfast and dinner on the balcony was the best.

I was able to check in early.
I was never given any clean towels, the room next door was very loud and continued that way until i left. We were placed at the end of the hall and the room was much smaller than it looked. For the money I spent I was very disappointed. Also the clerk said the pool was heated and it was not, said there was a hot tub and there was not.
