Love the location, mall only 5mins away,shopping stores nearby, restaurants nearby. Everything was so convenient. Staff was really courtesy. Breakfast was good. Room clean. My stay was Great!!!!

The staff listened to our concerns and were very empathetic.
Our room smelled like weed had been smoked in it. We told the staff and they came to check our room, agreed they could smell the weed, and brought something to spray. After that, the smell persisted and we requested another room for a second time. They said they were full and we told them we would have to find another hotel if they could not find another room. They found another room. I appreciate them finding us a new room, but I did not appreciate that we spent close to 3 hours in a room that smelled terrible.
