there was an order of cleaning products when we first walked in the room that was not pleasant

Staff was attentive.....personable. Breakfast was good, hot if was supposed to be. Staff was very helpful. They called to let us know we had left clothes and held them until we were able to get back by.

The staff was courteous and friendly. They were helpful when needed and very attentive to others staying at the hotel as well.
Some of the staff was sitting outside in front of the hotel gossiping loudly and smoking. Personally, that should be taken to a different location away from the front of the hotel.

Good location
Had to switch rooms due to no hot water and pool light was detached and an electrical hazard. A very Unsightly pool also with cobwebs and mud dobber nests everywhere.
