I had to wait for someone to come to desk to check me in for about 30mins. Then when they check me in the hotel didn't have any key cards so I had to wait for him to go to the rooms and find one then once I got in the room there was blood on sheets and hair in the kitchen counters

This is a ok hotel if you are on a budge. Tv had very few channels Rooms are not as described online pretty small no couch ect No lights on kitchen

Just be a little more honest about the room and it’s amenities fix the tv Fix the kitchen lights

never stayed there they over booked and gave my room to someone else worst experience ever… got there at 10:30pm just to find out they had given my room away.. Spent another two hours trying to find another hotel…. and the guy there was well you can go across the street maybe they have something available UGH 😡😡

The white lady in the front desk she was so unprofessional and racist she was helping other people that come a lot after me and have to stay in the lobby area for an hour so I can check in

It was fine for the weekend. Stephanie that works the front desk is wonderful.

One walk across the room floor in socks showed you how well it was swept before we checked in. The pregnant girl that works the front desk is not so nice. I'll just leave it at that. I understand this is a long stay hotel and we were just there for the weekend, but I still feel like it could be a little cleaner. The blankets (if that's what you want to call them) are awful and there's no extras available, so don't ask, at least don't ask the pregnant girl.

The hotel charge me more than what it said in the booking

I waited for staff assistance for over 30 minutes. then they could not make keys so had to walk me to the room with a master key. there was hair on the bed and in the shower. the door lock did not work.

could not make keys. was told they would have to escort me every time I needed in and out of my room. I told the lady I had a service dog and she told me they don’t accept them and it would be $60 extra on top of my room charge. the law states any service dog should not be charged. very rude lady.

I got to say the bed was very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. The rooms have a full size refrigerator and a stove top on the counter . And the room was very spacey . And it was well worth the price I paid for one night ! I would highly recommend. The lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding because we asked for a late checkout she make sure we had an extra couple hours without having to pay more

I booked a room, and when I got to front desk to check in,I was told that there aren't any clean rooms,so my reservation was canceled! I had to book another hotel

The price was good, I booked a Queen with a sofa bed but when I arrived, I was told that I was getting a double queen instead. I received a queen handicap accessible room with only one bed. I was about to find another property, but the young lady at the desk found a room with a queen bed and sofa bed.

The refrigerator was dirty and the sheets are very old and they weren’t clean with hair and stains on them.
