The location and how friendly the staff was.
It is dog friendly but no grass for them to go to the bathroom.

It was very convenient to a lot of places that I needed to go
They never came to the room. I had to keep going to the office to get trash bags. I had to go to the office to get additional towel towels and hand towel towels, and wash clothes and they never came to clean the room at all
