It’s so well managed. Carlos runs a tight ship and shows so much passion for his job. The facilities are so clean and so well maintained. Even if it was very busy the staff made the whole experience great for everyone effortlessly.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but could use a bit more variation for those staying more than a couple nights. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The property is getting a bit old. I have stayed many times and the common areas are definitely due for a refresh. My biggest "gripe" is the very old school and outdated televisions in the rooms. There is almost no where else I ever travel that does not offer streaming options or some sort of alternative to live tv. It is frustrating not to have any options.

The facilities appeared to be nice visually, our room was nice looking and large, there were no issues and the staff was friendly.

I am pretty certain there were bed bugs, there was this strange rank smell that goes along with having bed bugs that the hotel room and entire floor had. Also, my daughter woke up with itchy bites all over her abdomen!

Loved the breakfast lots of options. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was very close to trains. It was very clean.

We went to visit Loyola Chicago and this hotel was perfect! It is practically on the campus, a block from the train, and the staff gave us personal information about the school.
