We enjoyed the continental breakfast, each morning. Our room was decent.

Being an out of towner, i would’ve expected more guidance, from the facility. I wanted to travel around New York City, using public transportation, but i didn’t get any guidance from the people who worked here. I’ve never taken public transportation before, but i assumed that the front desk could’ve guided me in the right direction, but they were just as clueless as i was. That was a huge disappointment.

L’unico aspetto positivo è sicuramente la posizione, la pulizia e la colazione. Per il resto la mia esperienza è stata pessima e mi dispiace perché l’albergo è una valida scelta se non si vuole essere spennati a Manhattan….ma davvero c’è da perdere la pazienza!

Preparatevi al pagamento…non sono flessibili e se la carta che avete dato su Booking non copre tutto ( incluso 50$ a notte per stanza di deposito) pagare diventerà un incubo! Vi consiglio una prepagata caricata con tutta la cifra del soggiorno più il deposito. A me hanno bloccato la cifra a doppio sulla carta e per il momento ho ancora il conto bloccato senza soldi a Natale… roba da matti… per non parlare del deposito ancora non pervenuto dopo 4 gg dal check out! Il bagno si è intasato al secondo giorno ed è rimasto inutilizzabile per 2….metà del soggiorno praticamente e per fortuna avevamo la stanza di amici ma se così non fosse stato? Nessuno si è degnato di cambiarci stanza nè di rimborsarci per il disagio…anzi…ciliegina sulla torta il deposito bagagli si paga 3$ per valigia e me le avevano anche perse perché avevano staccato il tagliandino… quindi sono dovuta scendere io in deposito a ritrovare le mie valigie…staff davvero incompetente e terribile!

Die Lage war sehr zentral, Supermarkt in der Nähe und ein foodmarket. U Bahn schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Der Kaffee war gut, es gab auch Milch Alternativen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man braucht. Großes/bequemes Bett und schön abzudunkeln.

Beim Frühstück war (wie von vielen erwähnt) das ganze Besteck und Teller usw aus Plastik. Nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich und sehr fettig bzw. süß. Bei der Reinigung wurden alle Handtücher ausgetauscht, obwohl wir diese nicht auf den Boden gelegt haben. Nicht wirklich umweltfreundlich…

Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Buena ubicación, amabilidad y profesionalidad de personal. Desayuno más variado de lo que habíamos leído. Aunque el espacio es pequeño, con paciencia encuentras un hueco. Buena limpieza.

Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Betten ein Traum. Selten so gut geschlafen im Hotel. Mit dem ersten Zimmer waren wir nicht glücklich aber nach dem Gespräch mit der Rezeption war ein Zimmerwechsel möglich. Danke auch an Amanda und ihr Team! Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch aber immer abwechselnde Sachen dabei. Wir hatten uns im Supermarkt noch etwas Wurst geholt. Dann ist es auch so wie wir es kennen. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man bei der Metro Queensboro Plaza und nur wenige Minuten von Manhattan entfernt. Ich persönlich mag Long Island City viel mehr als Manhattan.

Staff were very accommodating - allowed a slightly later check out and provided a crib. Room was good sized and very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and tasty.

Enkel Amerikansk frokost - kan ikke fordra papp-tallerkener og plastbestikk, ellers helt ok. Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Metro - lett å komme til sentralt på Manhattan.

The showerhead in the room needs to be fixed, was spraying all over.

It was close to the 7 train and a few really good restaurants. Super nice staff. Strong water pressure!

Pillows weren’t great. Bed was bouncy. Not enough towels.

Conveniently located between three subway stops. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were quite sound proof

Breakfast was quite ho hum Wine selections could be much better. New pet peeve experience in multiple properties … smell of pot wafting up through the heating/air conditioning vents.

The location to the subway is excellent. The breakfast is superb for an inclusive experience. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint, eclectic, and fun. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs

The rooms are small for A family of three or more. Very cramped.

Front desk lady was helpful.

Parking was full. The hotel has very little available parking. It should be mentioned that parking is questionable.

I hated being by the highway and the price

It was exactly what I needed for my trip up to Long Island City.
