Roomy, Clean, Starter Stuff, Great View, Clean Pool, Cold Air, Shopping Next Door, Responsive Customer Service. Everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals to include the grocery store next door.
So we got a little rough start with the refrigerator not being cold. The freezer was fridge temps and thankfully held long enough for maintenance to get a new fridge installed.

The beds were awful. The refrigerator was broken inside. And the light fixture in the main bathroom has been out since we were there last year so the bathroom is dark I had to buy a lamp to use in there so we could see how to shower.

Location great
TV didn't work in bedroom. Needed up dated. Wifi didn't stay connected. Pool needed to be heated. Sheets didn't stay on the bed seemed to be too small. Couldn't ck in till 4. We got in town early.

Sliding glass window was difficult to open, no batteries in any remotes?

very quiet, easy access, we felt safe, the pool was great, the access to an outside shower and hosepipe for rinsing off, the beach is right across the street with no obstructed views, not very crowded, grocery store next door, there were plenty of extra bedding. The cleanliness was amazing!!!!

Proximity to the beach, quiet, not crowded, we felt safe with young children, well stocked kitchen items. View was spectacular and unobstructed. We enjoyed our stay and will consider again!
Written instructions for television were extremely faded and difficult to follow. There were 5 remote controls for the RV system. Labeling would be a great addition to make it much easier. We could not get the tv in the loft bedroom to work at all!

Great location. Easy beach access. Grocery store across street.
Not very clean. Stains on furniture. Dirty rugs. Upstairs bathroom sink did not work. Shower curtain has mold

Location was great. N9 complaints. I would rent the same one again, if i come back. Loved electronic entry made access easy for kids.
Never did get lockbox to opwn which was okay since we had electronic lock.
Upon arrival ours linens were not available le. Had to make bed.
Dryer does not work very well....the dryer exhaust probably needs cleaned. Lightbulbs out in following areas: far right upstairs bath, stairway to upstairs and outside porch. Light bulbs were in house but we did not change.
Drain in downstairs tub did not drain well. Kitchen sink faucet drips.
I would recommend providing trash bags. Otherwise, everything was great. The dryer and drain were the 2 frustrations.
