Good communication from management, location and comfort.
Property, especially bathroom needs more shelving. There was no space to put anything in shower or bathroom. Had to use dining table for bath items.

Good location. Lovely views from French windows. Nicely equipped apartment in early 20thC building. Everything we needed for a comfortable week exploring the city/ area.

The room has everything we need.
The surrounding areas of the building are dodgy, broken glasses and cigarette butts everywhere, and dirty, people drunk and acting weird.
The front photo of the building in the advertise is wrong, it is 2-3 doors after that. It makes me confused and try to entering the wrong building.

The space was clean and stocked with some of the things that we needed, like plates, glasses, knifes, etc. It also had a washing machine which was nice. Beautiful view of the river from the street outside. It was walkable to many of the sights, about 15-20 mins to most places, albeit, uphill in some cases. But, that is Porto...lol.
We had some issues with the door on arrival. We entered the code multiple times but, it would not let us into the room. We then used the link to access a remote unlock option and it ended up unlocking the apartment next door...not our apartment, which had people sleeping it in. A bit awkward to say the least. We called and they fixed the issue going forward, which was nice.
The bed pillows were really flat. Not great for sleeping. The bathroom was really small and lacked any storage or even a meaningful sink space to put a toothbrush, etc. There was also no dish soap, which would have been nice for us to clean some dishes prior to leaving.
Finally, we felt safe enough but, the area does have a rougher vibe to it.
