The hotel was super nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Heerlijk hotel midden in de stad. Super aardig personeel, erg comfortabele bedden. Ook werd een auto naar Ninh Binh voor ons georganiseerd.
Overdag is het soms een beetje lawaaiig door de straat. Hoewel je daar snachts geen last van hebt.

Room was good, although a lot of noise from outside
The staff doesn't speak English. Even asking for salt and pepper is not possible without using google translate on your food.
Last night a waitress came standing next to me, while i was looking in the menu. Without saying anything, she tolk the menu out of my hands, started showing things in it & talking to a waiter. It took a very long time, without giving me any explanation why she did that. Until i've had enough and asked her what she was doing. They started laughing and left.. very rude and not ok!
Food not good.
