Rooms were comfortable and clean
Staff were quite rude throughout the premises. Openely rolling their eyes when you order drinks at the bar. Beware of the massage team!
Our group was under impression, that everyone was instructed to trick us into paying extra everywhere.
Don't trust a word from the massage team.
Keep written receipts and check conditions carefully before making the payment.
We do not recommend this hotel.
Lifts were regularly out of order and food was almost exactly the same every day.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Essen, zwar immer das selbe aber sehr lecker und frisch. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für kleine Kinder sehr gut weil die Anlage nicht sehr groß ist.
Abends keine Shows sondern nur eigene Unterhaltung vom Personal. Animation ziemlich ruhig. Sauna nur von 12 bis 14.00 geöffnet. Lange Anreise vom Flughafen. Geld unbedingt im Safe aufbewahren sonst kann das weg kommen.

The view from our room was really good. The staff is friendly and ready to help
The location is also good (~20 minutes by taxi from Alanya)
The Internet was pretty slow (though the managers told us that they are working on this issue)

Uns hat gefallen das es viele sachen zum unternehmen gab.
Das essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein und das personal ist sehr unfreundlich wir haben genug geld bezahlt das man wenigstens mit freude empfangen werden kann die minibar ist nur am 1. tag mit 2 süssgetränken befüllt ab dem 2. tag kriegt man nurnoch wasser obwohl man in einem all inclusiv hotel ist. Zudem wollte ich in der Lobbybar ohne tshirt ein getränk hollen das mir verweigert wurde aber frauen in bikini dürfen da getränke hollen. Bitte auf garkein fall zum hotelarzt gehen die wollten uns wegen eines versteiften nacken direkt einen notfall andrehen daraufhin haben wir das abgelehnt und sind uns das nötigste in einer apotheke hollen gegangen. Wir hatten 2 mal das anliegen das etwas im zimmer nicht funktioniert hat zum einem das telefon zum anderen der TV und bei beiden sachen wurde gesagt in 10min kommt jemand und es kamm einfach nie jemand.
