Very clean property with very friendly staff. Easy to find because I was told it’s one of if not the tallest building in the city. Good restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk or short Grab ride.
I was so happy with the service my family bought a round of sugarcane juice for the staff as a thank you.
Our room was $80US a night. The extra bed for our teenager cost $50. Kind of steep. Also, they collected à 9M dong deposit on my credit card which was twice the cost of my entire reservation. I never understand why hotels need to charge à deposit when a credit card is already on file, especially a deposit that large.

Very comfortable room with a great view. The staff in the lobby bar were great - friendly and efficient
The pool bar tables weren’t cleared away or the floor swept, so the area looked dirty. During our stay we only ate at the hotel and I got sick, which was unpleasant. Whenever we ordered food they had to check if it was still available, and two of our orders weren’t, which doesn’t seem acceptable for a quality hotel.
