I liked the facilities as they were consistently clean and well maintained (such as the pool and gym). Additionally, customer service quality was excellent, from the bell boys and reception, to the massage and buffet staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Nothing really to complain, maybe pricing of laundry is quite high.

Very comfortable room with a great view. The staff in the lobby bar were great - friendly and efficient
The pool bar tables weren’t cleared away or the floor swept, so the area looked dirty. During our stay we only ate at the hotel and I got sick, which was unpleasant. Whenever we ordered food they had to check if it was still available, and two of our orders weren’t, which doesn’t seem acceptable for a quality hotel.
