The day we arrived we asked for the hours that the pool is open but the staff at the reception didn’t mention that was an issue and the pool is not heated and we found out when we went in. The only reasons we booked this hotel was: - The pool - The location On top of that they didn’t even apologize or offer some kind of discount for the inconvenience

Très pratique juste à côté de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite toutes les demi-heure 24h/24. Le restaurant est excellent et le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre parfaite très propre et silencieuse malgré la proximité de l'aéroport

Es gibt einen eigenen kostenlosen Airport Shuttle, der zu jeder halben Stunde direkt vom Flughafen zum Hotel fährt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, wir wurden vom Personal freundlich empfangen.

La navette de prise en charge même tardive ! L'accueil, l'hôtel est très propre, le confort des lits, une très belle prestation pour le prix. La navette pour aller et retourner à l'aéroport. Pas de taxe supplémentaires. Le petit déjeuner excellent

Le prix pour 4 pour le petit déjeuner buffet 106$ est excessif. Les prises ne fonctionnent pas toutes.

Les prises USB des tables de chevet étaient endommagées et ne fonctionnait pas. Les prix du restaurant sont un peu trop élevés pour le rapport qualité/prix tout comme le vin.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et les shuttle pour l'aéroport très régulier. La chambre était très confortable. Et le personnel est adorable.

The room was very hot and stuffy all night even after we turned off the heat. We were unable to open the window because it is sealed shut.

We like that is close to parking, has a shuttle service to airport and rooms are always clean.

We arrived late and so our room was on a lower level which we did not like. And there was no remote for TV so we had to request from housekeeper

proximité aéroport, possibilité de laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel après notre dernière nuit au Canada et pendant notre dernière journée à Montréal avant de prendre le vol pour l'Europe le soir. Combiner le service navette de l'hôtel vers l'aéroport et le bus 747 de l'aéroport vers le centre de Montréal était idéal pour nous car plus rapide et plus économique. Il y a souvent des embouteillages assez monstrueux pour accéder à l'aéroport. Nous y avons échappé grâce à la navette et au bus 747

il y a de petits snacks et une machine café en libre service à la réception pendant les heures de fermeture du restaurant/bar. On est prié de payer quelques $ à la réception, mais cela pourrait être offert dans un hôtel de ce standing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well arranged. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to the train station was convenient since the sidewalks were a bit snowy.

There was noise from the planes starting very early in the morning, so we did not sleep in. We arrived late the previous evening from our flight and did not notice the noise when we went to bed at midnight. We did not sleep as long as we had planned in the morning. We had mentioned that we preferred a quiet room; not sure if there are any rooms without noise from planes since the location is so close to the airport.
