Расположение прекрасное, в пешей доступности от всех интересных мест города, с учетом рельефной местности. Старая часть города, старый дом в хорошем состоянии, деревянные полы, ощущение уюта. Наличие кондиционера очень помогло в жаркие дни.
Деревянные планки на шторах громко стучат при открытых окнах, это очень мешает, особенно ночью. Дверца на душевой кабинке была плохо закреплена. Было неудобно узнать в последний момент перед выездом об изменении кода на ящике для ключа, эти коды лучше менять между заездами.
