Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo trovato sempre in ordine e pulito, la stanza era sufficientemente spaziosa e la possibilità dell'aria condizionata, del bagno e l'uso del terrazzino l'hanno resa davvero confortevole.
Non ci sono aspetti negativi della struttura. L'unica cosa è l'assenza di un ascensore, tuttavia lo staff si è reso disponibile per darci una mano nel trasportare i bagagli. Solo la posizione non è più dislocata rispetto alle zone centrale ma la metro è comunque vicina.

La habitación y el baño, muy cómodos y muy limpios. Una terraza (común) espectacular.
Que hayan entrado sin nuestro consentimiento y sin avisar, me pareció una falta de respeto y un atentado contra la intimidad (a pesar de que dejaron muy bien recogida la habitación) y más cuando no se puso ningún cartel de que la habitación estuviese libre. Nos vieron bajar a la calle y acto seguido entraron en la habitación sin consultar, podían haber preguntado puesto que nos vieron bajar.
