Great location and easy access to restarants, cafes, sights and transport options. Lift available (at least when other people in the building remember to close the lift door). Reasonably well equipped kitchen. Small balcony with a lovely view of the Cathedral.
Property not the same as in the pictures. No aircon. In need of some maintenance - especially kitchen and bathroom. Very limited storage for clothes (i.e. draws or wardrobes).

La ubicació és ideal. Molt cèntric i ben comunicat aprop del metro, l'estació i el pont de Lluis I. És petit pero ben equipat.
Està en un carrer amb molt trànsit i encara que les finestres son bones i noves el soroll s'escolta una mica des de dins.
Falta algunes coses a la cuina i alguns mobles i la encimera necessita una mica de manteniment..

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich klasse und war für uns der größte Pluspunkt. Viele Ziele waren von dort aus gut erreichbar. Positiv war außerdem, dass die Vermieterin schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert hat.
Leider hat die Unterkunft unsere Erwartungen insgesamt nicht erfüllt. Die Wohnung roch muffig, eine der beiden Duschen war nicht nutzbar und eine Toilettenspülung lief dauerhaft nach. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie ein Flaschenöffner fehlten.
Das Frühstück wurde in Tüten morgens geliefert. Es war zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings gab es keinerlei Auswahlmöglichkeit. Auch ein früherer Check-in vor Beginn der angegebenen Check-in-Zeit war nicht möglich.
Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher nicht gepasst. Den in der Beschreibung erwähnten Ausblick (siehe Bild) konnten wir persönlich ebenfalls nicht wirklich nachvollziehen.
