A great and spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a garage just 10 minutes walk from Casa da Música. The Music House apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis Metro Station That will take you to historical center in 4 minutes. An Entire apartment with 110m2, tastefully decorated, with a capacity for 1-6 people with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Great for family and friends groups !! Perfect to visit the city's Cultural Centre and the amazing Foz area and the beach !! In a building with a lift, an entire apartment on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchen (Oven and Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Toaster and Kettle, Dish washer and Washing Machine ...), 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms , 1 balcony. There is Cable TV and free Also WIFI. Bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel, small soap, body cream and shower cap are included. We also have air conditioning for cold and hot in the living room and for the winter 1 oil heater in each bedroom. There are 2 places in the garage for 2 small cars or for 1 big car. On your arrival i will be very happy to welcome you, give you a map from Porto and very good tips to enjoy the best of our charming city;) I am sure you will love our city Because it is really pretty and interesting. People are very friendly and you will see how easy it is to obtain infor- mation on the streets or even make a little conversation. Just 10 minutes walk from Casa da Música and 3 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis Metro station. From this metro station you will arrive in 4 minutes by underground to Trindade Metro station, the Central MOST in Porto Centre. From the apartment, it is a 11 minute walk to the great Food Market- Market Bom Sucesso. Nearby you can find restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, bus and metro station (with direct connection to the airport).

This property was perfect for us. First, the apartment is spacious, clean and VERY comfortable...a beautiful place. And a beautiful location. Porto is not a "walk about" town...though if you're like my wife, every place is walk about. It's very accessible to everything you want to see in Porto. The apartment offers free parking but our vehicle (a van) was too big so we parked in close by parking garage that was very reasonable. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this accommodation and the friendliness and helpfulness of its owner. PERFECT!

The apartment was perfect for two senior couples: “equal” bedrooms/ensuites. And the elevator was a real plus. The apartment overall was spotless, spacious,well equipped and well appointed. Joana and Valantim who met us in were so helpful and available. The location was ideal. We used ride share to get anywhere we wanted to go readily/reasonably

This was a nightmare of an apartment. There was air conditioning in the Livingroom only and we were told to open the windows at night to keep the rooms cool. The problem was that the street had so much traffic on it, with the windows opened it was like trying to sleep in a subway station. Also, the beds were extremely springy and uncomfortable. We were not expecting to spend much time in the apartment - we just expected to sleep there, but we did not get much sleep and were glad to leave.

They four of us (2 couples) appreciated the spacious floor plan. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment, but it also wasn’t packed with a lot of things we didn’t need avoiding searching for what we wanted. We appreciated the parking, and literally left the car in its spot the entire time. There are many conveniences in the area, We had our first dinner in the Bom Successo court and ther was a huge variety of food choices. The elevator was great, was a big help with our luggage from the garage and up three floors!
The only negative I can think of was there is a fair amount of street noise, but we closed the slider in our room, and left the bathroom window open. There is air conditioning in the apartment living room, but o could imagine on a hot day, it may become uncomfortable.
We however were very comfortable the entire time.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four. Short walking distance to Metro, supermarkets, and to Mercado Bom Sucesso, which has great local food eateries. Wish location had a few more local restaurants nearby, but we used car and metro to get to most places. Garage is a definite plus. Hosts were great and responsive, with lots of spot on recommendations.

The apartment was spacious. Beds were firm. The host was attentive and courteous. Our only concern was the sound of the roadway at night which affected our sleep.

This place was fantastic and in walking distance to city centre (30min walk). On check out day I had a medical emergency and host allowed for a later check out time. They also followed up on recovery. It was appreciated.

3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults for our first trip to Porto. Good location in Boavista neighborhood away from busy tourist areas. Metro station is two blocks away. Easy walk down to Mercado Bom Sucesso for great food choices and Continente supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen (including a toaster) is very nice. Joana and Valentim were wonderful responding to any questions, recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Comfortable Apartment
3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults for our first trip to Porto. Good location in Boavista neighborhood away from busy tourist areas. Metro station is two blocks away. Easy walk down to Mercado Bom Sucesso for great food choices and Continente supermarket. Fully equipped kitchen (including a toaster) is very nice. Joana and Valentim were wonderful responding to any questions, recommendations. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in Porto in this large, clean, convenient apartment. We had a car for our trip, and a large one by European standards (a wagon), so having the *large* parking space available in the building garage was super important and wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious (2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms), and had everything we needed (including a washing machine and a dishwasher). Spacious, clean apartment in Porto with a large parking space!
We had a lovely stay in Porto in this large, clean, convenient apartment. We had a car for our trip, and a large one by European standards (a wagon), so having the *large* parking space available in the building garage was super important and wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious (2.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms), and had everything we needed (including a washing machine and a dishwasher). Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Apt was as listed and was close to everything. There was a food market near by that had a great selection of food and it was easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to go to. Joanna was so nice and gave us a lot of helpful information on our first day.

Wow
This is a great apartment. We were two couples and this worked so very well. Each had its own bathroom. It felt like new and it was CLEAN. The first time it seemed like a long walk to the University and old town but it really wasn’t. No surprises on this one. Pictures are real

Wonderful Apartment and Location
Great property. Upscale finishes, very roomy and very well located. 2 min walk to Metro. Beds a bit hard - mattress pads my help make them a bit more comfortable. Valentime gave us a wonderful summary of the City and surrounding area and excellent recommendations. Parking is snug.

Wie bereits mit der Sternenwertung angegeben war alles bestens. Lediglich die Straße an der das Haus liegt ist stark befahrenen. Wenn die Fenster zu und die Rollläden unten sind stört der Verkehr nicht schlimm. Vielen Dank an Joana und Valentim für das nette Willkommen und die Infos.

Great spot a few yards from the metro stop
We really enjoyed our stay in Porto. Joanna was easy to communicate with and the property was well situated 2 metro spots from downtown Praca Libertade. It was only a short walk to the Casa Musica and the large mall next to it. Parking is available and we could come and go as we needed. The market is nearby and we cooked ourselves breakfast everyday. We even did our laundry. The only thing I could have wished for was a toaster.
The rooms and baths were comfortable. There is ample closet space with available shower gel.
I highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment
The apartment includes everything you need.Two bedrooms with ensuite-bathrooms and one more for children and a separate toilet.Perfextct for two familys up to six people.Doors from living room to avoid hearing sounds from the sleeping area.Also the location is good;close to the metro station and a five minute walk to the bus station to Foz (25-minute-ride without chang of bus).No balcony but a dishwasher and washing machine (tabs and powder included!).We enjoyed it a lot.

La casa está recientemente remodelada. Hemos estado muy tranquilos y con acceso al transporte público muy cerca. Incluso andando se puede llegar al centro histórico. Muy recomendable.

Fantastic Find In Porto
This was our first VRBO experience and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. We were a family of four including our adult sons. This lovely apartment feels more like a house as it is so spacious and comfortable. It is well located is a very safe area, well appointed and well maintained. Far more square feet than described with two large bedrooms with private full baths and a smaller but good sized third bedroom and 1/2 bath. Lots of windows and balconies so lots of light and good cross ventilation. All the bathrooms were recently remodeled and are modern with great showers in the full baths. The kitchen was also remodeled and is sleek with great appliances including a dishwasher. Perfect for cooking the meals I prepared. Since we were there for over a week we appreciated the washing machine too. Joana the rental agent was super responsive and very helpful. She even helped us with arranging transportation from and back to the airport. Her recommendations of things to do and places to eat were spot on.

Just perfect
We just loved the place, close to metro and therefore close to everything.
The apartment was awesome in every way, all new appliances and new paint, just real nice.
There were shops and cafes within a short walk.

Nice apartment, very clean and well presented. On a busy street but not the noisy. A good walk to centro, a little tiresome for some of our party. Very nice coffee and pastry shop a short walk away. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Apartment manager was easy to contact. Only one complaint was when asked apartment manager to arrange for a cab to take us to airport a non taxi driver took us and charged us 20 euros, there were only 2 of us and the cost was basically doubled. Learnt our lesson, just call a cab. Loved Porto. Everything about it, the people, the shops, restaurants, historic sites, etc

The apartment is bright & sunny & very comfortable. Joana, the owner, welcomed us, gave us maps and answered any questions we had. We were 2 couples & would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto.

Older than it looks on pictures.
The apartment was clean but old. The location was about 3 to 4 Km from tourism attractions. Overall I would rate it about 4 stars or less. A toaster and a good frying pan would have my our stay that much more enjoyable. Small things mean a lot some times to how enjoyable your stay is.

Awesome apartment in a great location
We had a wonderful stay in Porto. Our host Joana made us feel right away comfortable and gave us great suggestions. We fell in love with the City and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment was very nice, we had lots of space and the location was perfect. All the sightseeing we did were amazing, especially we recommend Churchill's Port Wine House in Gaia, the waterfront in Gaia and Porto with all the little restaurants and Cafe's. We did a nice side trip to Obidos, Braga and Barcelos. Some hidden gems !!! We will be back and recommend your place to anyone who wants to visit Porto.

Beautiful Apartment, Conviently Located
The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and came with basic amenities such as detergent for the dishwasher. It was an easy walk to most of the cultural and historical sites in Porto--about 20 to 40 minutes, and also close to the Metro, a supermarket, and smaller restaurants. Joana was very accommodating. Overall I'd highly recommend this apartment if you are around 4 people and are looking for a large apartment that's reasonably close to everything.

Lovely apartment in wonderful city.
Apartment was extremely comfortable and presented to a high standard. Joana was there to meet us on arrival to explain all we needed to know about the apartment and the city, the heart of which was just a pleasant stroll or a short metro ride away (station 2 mins from apartment). Porto may just be our favorite place in all the world!
