Fica em uma rua muito tranquila e silenciosa, próxima à Av. das Américas. Tem um bom estacionamento na parte da frente da casa
O local é bem antigo, com muita melhoria pra frente. Os lençóis estavam com furos que pareciam de cigarro, não havia sabonete para banho, precisamos levar toalhas, a maçaneta da porta era bem complicada de abrir e fechar, não tem ventilador no quarto para abafar o som (é possível ouvir ruídos da casa inteira, inclusive do corredor em frente ao quarto). Quando chegamos, também estava sem água e o proprietário nos avisou que tem horários para encher, mas não fomos avisados. Passamos na hospedagem para nós arrumar para um casamento e tivemos que nos ajustar com o que tinha.
