Check in was easy. Staff was response in WhatsApp
The kitchen could have had a bit more cutlery. Also, complementary coffee ( beyond 4 pods) would have been nice.

Very central location so extremely convenient to visit the city. Room was clean and comfortable with air-conditioning to escape any humid conditions. Also very quiet and peaceful despite how busy this area can be. Staff only knew a little English but was able to navigate this with a little Portuguese.
A wardrobe somewhere would have been useful rather than just a few hooks against the wall.

The central position and how accessible and close to the nice attractions, tons of food and late night bars it was located close to. Big large windows, lots and lots of space. It was actually such a big space that I wasn’t expecting.
Nothing major, I wish the shower was a bit bigger/brighter but that’s ok. Very minor

The location is great and the receptionists were fab.
It's quiet.
I didn't like it.
I had the superior room and it had a very weird layout. The bathroom was basically annexed from the bedroom down a corridor.
There were doors in the apartment that didn't open either. It felt weird.
The door to check-in at reception needs to be easier.
The room itself seems impractical for luggage.
