Os funcionários são excelentes. Super gentis e educados. O hotel em si é limpo.

Porém a manutenção predial é péssima. Precisa de reforma, tive que trocar de quarto pelo frigobar quebrado e hidromassagem sem funcionar. Tvs antigas, toalhas bem usadas, precisam de uma repaginação. Só usei em caso de energia pois tive um serviço de última hora e precisei pernoitar próximo.
