We loved our stay here. The staff, especially Hoa, was incredibly friendly and showed us a map of the city right when we arrived. They also let us take a shower after check-out which was really thoughtful. Overall, it‘s the perfect stay and incredibly worth your price for everything you get: spacious and clean rooms, a balcony, very helpful staff, etc.

Location is central But because of weather we could not experience it. Beds are good.
We arrived at the hotel on 28th Oct, and the situation was still calm, just hard raining and some water in the streets. Within a few hours, as the floods rose extremely quickly, the water raised to 1 meter in the streets and it kept on pouring. The most shocking thing was the hotel staff's complete lack of communication and duty of care.
When we approached the hotel employee for food, we were given instant noodles that became unusable when the power went out. From that moment on, we heard nothing further from the hotel. No updates, no reassurance, no contact, despite only five guests being in the building. We were left to fend for ourselves. The entire night was terrifying, with rising water and a complete power outage, and the next morning we had to arrange our own evacuation. One of the guests had to wade through deep water to arrange a small boat with locals to take us and our luggage to a safe, dry place. It is unacceptable that, in a life-threatening situation, we had to fend for our own safety.
This was far more than poor service; it was a serious failure of their duty of care. A hotel has a responsibility to inform and support its guests during an emergency, especially when there are only a few guests. The hotel's actions turned the experience from a vacation into a terrifying ordeal. I strongly advise against staying here, as the management is clearly incapable of ensuring the safety and well-being of its guests in critical circumstances.
