Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte räumlich eine gute Aufteilung. Die Lage Ipanema war perfekt.

Loved the location. Even thought the street is actually on is a little rough (short section with some homeless)it is a 2 minute walk to street with lots of great restaurants, shops and a grocery market. Police car is always station about 100 yard from the facility so did not feel uncomfortable walking past them to the main road shopping/food/beach area.
The Ipanema beach is about 8 min walk and capocabana beach is about 15.
2 bedrooms was great as well as 2 1/2 baths as 4 adults traveling. Full size kitchen.
Uber was very easy to use all over Rio. Very inexpensive. We also used Uber to get to the airport. Since 4 adults ea h with a good size suitcase we got 2 ubers and was about 12 to 15 us$ each.
Highly recommend Italian restaurant Cantina da Praca. 5 min walk from apartment was excellent. As was Churrascaria Palace (more expensive but great).
They let us drop off our luggage at 1130 in morning after the previous renters left which was extremely helpful as our plane from USA landed in rio at around 830 in morning. We then were able to get into apartment at 3 in afternoon as expected.
Instant tankless Water heater would randomly turn off. This was a problem when taking a shower. I would have to push power button off then back on for the E8 error code (fan or exhaust vent problem per Google search) to stop and hot water to resume for the person in the shower. Sometimes this wouldnt happen at all. Othertimes several times during a short shower. We notified them and he came out quickly to check it but couldnt fix it. Said he would have to get a technician. It didnt get fixed during our stay. Looking through reviews several mentioned similar problem dating back several months?.
Several toilet paper holders broken so paper had to placed on window ledge or elsewhere. Not a big deal.
Couch is getting pretty worn. Not much support in back cushions or seats. Again not horrible but time to get a new one.
Windows in living room slide up and down to open. There is no insulation/foam edge between the frames so let's in street noise and wind. Not very efficient for the air conditioning. Again wasn't horrible and since bedrooms are in back away from these windows didn't affect sleep. But this should be easily fixed .
Unihotel offered a pick up from the airport to the apartment. 4 people with 4 luggage for 350 Brazilian. We signed up but I do not recommend it. We were met at airport as expected but the car barely fit our 4 suitcases. The driver had to work hard to get them to fit in trunk. A Uber or in our case 2 ubers would have been much better (which we did when flying out of Rio) and the total cost was about 120 Brazilian versus the 350 we paid via unihotel.

L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Ipanema
La rue est plutôt calme donc pas de bruit la nuit.
Les équipements sont très corrects avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre et la literie confortable. Espace salon grand et très agréable.
William fut un hôte parfait !
