Pristine and practical garden apartment
This Boerum Hill/Park Slope apartment was truly pristine and comfortable, perfect for our 6-day stay. We enjoyed the recently renovated space, the new appliances and bed linens and particularly, the spotless bathrooms. The garden apartment's ample floor plan is very practical and we found that a good amount of thinking had gone into making the space cosy and many details purposeful.
We felt very safe coming in and out of the apartment, as well as walking at all hours in the neighborhood where it is located; the subway stop is 10 minutes away, with direct trains to the Upper East Side and the Seaport, which were our main interests in Manhattan. It was also very enjoyable to have Prospect Park, the Botanical Garden, the Brooklyn Public Library and the Brooklyn Museum of Fine Arts close by, although once we closed the doors to the apartment it was very quiet, so we felt we were having a rare, deluxe experience of New York City by lodging there. Having the original Union Market three minutes away for grocery shopping was also a plus.
For a longer stay though, a washing machine and dryer would be missed, for the apartment does not include them. But we would go back and stay on a next visit without a doubt.

A wonderful retreat in the middle of a great Brooklyn neighborhood
This apartment was perfect for our needs, so well equipped and nicely laid out. The owners were responsive and friendly. The beautiful modern kitchen and living room, nicely designed bathrooms, and quiet two bedrooms were very comfortable and inviting. . We loved being there in between bouts of exploring the city. Close to subway stops, shops and restaurants, we enjoyed walking in this neighborhood and highly recommend this rental. We would love to return here again if we come back for another city visit.

Great find in Park Slope
What a great find! My husband and I and our college age daughter spent 6 days of comfortable, convenient living in this beautiful brownstone. Throughout the entire process, the owner was very attentive to our needs and questions. The location was perfect and allowed us to explore so many parts of NYC, with easy access to the subway. The Park Slope area is rich with great restaurants and quaint shops.
The owner has done a fabulous job designing and decorating this downstairs space of their brownstone. The well stocked kitchen gave the option of making our own meals after long days exploring the city. I highly recommend this property!

Brook;yn Park Slope Gem
Whenever possible while in Brooklyn/NYC we prefer the comfort of a living space other than a hotel .. it doesn't always work as well as we might hope, however, this space proved to be that diamond .. the hosts obviously put a good deal of thought and effort into their design .. an efficient use of the available space .. well appointed, new stainless appliances, cabinetry and trim detail .. two bedrooms, two full baths, the smaller one defines their efficiency .. location, location .. 1 block walk to great local market, walking distance to a number of restaurants, Prospect Park .. Brownstone neighborhood .. street parking easily managed .. if your parents had a basement apt like this .. you would still be living at home ..

A real gem with wonderful hosts
The property is just as advertised. The hosts are so kind and helpful. I think we would have still been waiting for our suitcase if it had not been for them. The neighbourhood is delightful, full of charm with amazing food shops and restaurants just on your doorstep.

Brownstone Beauty
For a first time traveler to New York, what a delight it was to stay here! It was fun to be able to say we found a Brownstone on a great street, in a great neighborhood. We walked to convenient grocery and restaurants, including Bergen Bagels several times. We had a short walk to the Subway making all the sights and visitor places in Manhattan so easy to get to, and again...as a first-time Subway user, so easy to navigate our stops. We entered down the steps through a garden gate into a mud room/hall then into the unit. So nice to see it was as pictured. As usual in homes of this type, the bedrooms were pretty tiny but we only used them to sleep. The common areas were roomy and Ikea modern with large windows looking out. We were all very pleased with our stay and Antonella was great at communicating. Would recommend it for sure!

Perfect New York apartment!
Wow! This apartment lived up to the online description and photos! It's simply beautiful! Clean, modern and comfortable - perfect for our family vacation in the city. You can't beat the location - close to the subways and in a wonderful walking neighborhood! Great coffee shops, restaurants and breweries close by. It was a wonderful place to gather after a day (or night) of exploring the city. Park Slope is a great area with easy train access to Manhattan as well as all of the Brooklyn neighborhoods and Prospect Park. We will definitely be back!

A Gem Amoungst the Brownstones
We just returned from seven nights in this lovely little flat and could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location to stores, the park and restaurants was easy, and the neighborhood was really fun! The hosts provided a very detailed book of suggestions for local entertainment and eateries, as well as a beautifully supplied kitchen. It was very comfortable for the two of us- and the garden windows brightened the front room. We are already planning on returning!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
My adult son and daughter and I spent a long weekend in Brooklyn and stayed at this brownstone in Park Slope. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well decorated. We found the location just right for our explorations of Brooklyn and Manhattan. It is a short walk to metro train stations. The area feels very safe and the neighborhood had a family vibe. There are coffee shops and a variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Union Market is one block away with a fine array of quality groceries. The property owners are very responsive to any questions or needs you might have and are very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Great Stay in Park Slope
This is a great place to stay! The location is right near subway stops, close to shops and restaurants, and a quite place to relax after visiting the frenetic pace of Manhattan. The apartment is modern and clean, with updated kitchen and bathrooms, and air conditioning for hot and humid summer days. Highly recommended. We are sure to seek this place out again when we come back to NYC.

We were 4 adults and spent 11 nights last Christmas at this excellent apartment.
The owners are extremely nice and helpful, always ready for anything we might need.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and just like in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. You have everything you need around, shops, great restaurants and bars, so it was perfect to come back to Brooklyn after a busy tourist day.
Would definetly come back.

We spent eight nights at this beautiful Park Slope apartment, arriving in NYC just as the freezing weather set in.
We were warm and comfortable in this cosy, well-equipped apartment.
I've always stayed in Manhattan on previous trips - staying in Brooklyn was a treat - quiet and neighbourly.
It was a huge help to be afforded a late check out on our last day as my flight only departed in the evening.

This is a great place in a great location and its very clean and close to the subway station.
The only con's are, we rented it for two couples and the second bedroom is very small with a double bed and a very small bathroom. So it would be great for a couple and two children or three people. I also think it is very stark and could use some pictures on the walls and some comfortable furniture in the living room. It has a couch and two hard chairs.

We had a great time here. Clean, well appointed, fully renovated, great food and close grocery nearby. 7th ave subway was about a 5-7min walk - what else can you ask for? Don't hesitate to book if they have your dates available.

We (two adults and a 12 years old child) stayed in the appartment for 6 nights and liked it so much... The beds are comfy, the kitchen well equipped, two bathrooms are more then enough for three persons, we liked even the walking to the subway. Right around the corner are many options for eating and buying. It takes some time to go to Manhattan, but a ride in the subway is never boring.
The appartment is absolutely clean and was well tempered at our arrival. Thank you for the warm welcome, Laura and Bartomeu! We enjoyed to stay in your appartment.

We had 5 lovely days in this apartment. When arriving late in the evening to a very clean and nice apartment we found wine, water and biscuits, which was exactly what we needed after a long fligth.
Next morning the neighborhood welcomed us with sun, late summer atmosphere, and a feeling like we where in Greenwich Village. Brooklyn was a very nice surprice to us, highly recommended. A lot of shops and restuarents on 5th and 7th street. Super breakfast and also good experience with Mexican and Columbian restuarents.
The train ride to Manhatten and back was fast and without problems, and every day we returned, Brooklyn was growing on us, we would stay here again next time. After a 3 day ride to Washington we returned to upper Brooklyn at Sheraton. Dont do that, go to Park sloop area, this is a very nice place.
We have only good things to say abouth our host, even we waked them up at the wrong door the first nigth.
Just go there, it will be a very nice base, for you holiday in New York.
Best regards Sanne and family

We were very fortunate to have chosen this property! We were not familiar with New York so were somewhat apprehensive. Our daughter and family plan to visit next year. We are recommending she consider this very strongly.
We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and snacks. Unexpected! A short walk to a grocery store and the subway made everything convenient.
We can't add to the superlatives mentioned in other reviews but wholeheartedly agree!

Booking this Brooklyn Apartment was the best choice we ever made! Everything was perfect: the apartment was exactly as described, very clean and more than well equipped. The owners are very friendly and answered all our questions and requests within very short time. The location was an attraction itself. Seated in the most beautiful part of Brooklyn with everything you could ask for in walking distance. We loved the place and would definitly come back, if we get the chance.

We were 3 adults and enjoyed very much staying in this property for one week. The description of the appartment matches very well the reality. It was very clean when we arrived and it was very quiet living there. The Park Slope area in which stands this flat is very nice with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It was also very easy to go to Manhattan with the proximity of several subway stations. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are functional. We also appreciated the welcoming of the owner. We will certainly come back in this appartment if we travel again in NYC
