Not a very nice place although rating were high. Don't understand why,.

Breakfast is terrible. Room was not clean. We had pillow that smelled. We had sheets and pillows with blood on it. When we complained we were offered to come to the reception to collect new sheets and pillow.

Pool, excellent customer service and local knowledge. Make your own waffles for breakfast.

Breakfast served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery. No fruit. No sense of environmental responsibility- everything g disposable- even paper cups individually wrapped in plastic bags.

Wow!! Brand new, clean, spacious rooms! Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, highly recommended! What a bargain for a gray place to stay!!

Swimming pool and spa were great and good temps. The Spa is huge. Queen suite rooms are huge and feel very spacious. TV options (Direct TV "On Demand) were great.

Breakfast extend out further to 10:30 and change up what is served. For those staying more then a day, eating the same breakfast is disappointing. Have variety. Also, snack area needed some help. The options were minimal and the are looked empty.

EVERYTHING!!! Customer service at front desk. Cleanliness of rooms. Breakfast. Comfortable beds. My only compliant was that the hot tub was very cold (not working) and my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in it after arrival.

When I first checked in, the room I was given had not been cleaned. It appeared that someone had recently showered and had been lounging on the bed. I went to the front desk and was given a room on another floor. The desk clerk told me that that had been the 4th complaint since she had come on duty. She was very friendly and I had no issues getting me another room.
