Within a lovely exclusive community at the beach in La Vida, Bucerias with the best beach in the area. Located at the Golden Bucerias where you can find in walking distance, art galleries, restaurants, massage spas, sport rentals, stores and shops, pharmacies, etc. Casa Pelicano, is a brand new 3,400 square feet beachfront 2 story house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, TV Room, Laundry room, fully equipped kitchen. Dining room has a beautiful white marble full size table with 8 chairs. The terrace has a gas grill, small pool, table with umbrella and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds and ice cooler; sliding doors can fully open to incorporate the living and dining room to the terrace. Anywhere from this floor you can enjoy an astounding ocean view. The home can sleep up to 8 guests (one King, three queen, queen Sofa-bed), flat TV screens with satellite service in each bedroom, internet Wi-Fi free service, wireless portable sound system for computer or portable device. Programmable safe on the master bedroom. Each room has their own full bathroom. Master bedroom and second bedroom with walking closet. Quality bedding and linens are provided. The unit is tastefully decorated with local art and comfortable furnishings. The stylish kitchen has all the equipment and accessories required for your stay; Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave. Full size laundry with washer and dryer. Access to La Vida community beach club, with pool, Jacuzzi, sun beds, refrigerator, chairs and all you need to enjoy your day at the beach. We provide beach towels. Garage for one car right at the elevator to the house unit entrance with security 24 hours. Casa Pelicano is located at Bucerias, Nayarit. 20 minutes away from Puerto Vallarta airport and Marina, 20 minutes from Punta Mita, 10 minutes from Nuevo Vallarta and 25 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Larger Supermarkets just 5 minutes away in taxi a drive. Recreation: In the surroundings there are all sorts of things to do, water sports (Standing paddle Surfing, Diving, Surfing, water skiing, jet skis, sailing, parasailing, etc), whale watching, fishing, golfing in magnificent golf courses, surfing at Sayulita and San Pancho. Downtown Vallarta you can find a charming Mexican flavor walking at the “malecon” with many nice shops and restaurants. Please check the house rules with the administrator.

This home was set up with everything you could need. We have privacy on the beautiful balance and loved the indoor outdoor vibe when we opened the sliders. Spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach were literally steps away and very tranquil. And let’s talk about location… right in the heart of all of the restaurants and shops. We appreciated the service and prompt responses to any of our questions and needs.

This is a fantastic property with lovely views etc.
It was as advertised. Loved having a washer dryer with the kids. We were on a great stretch of the beach in Bucerias. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. La comer is an amazing grocery store. We used Uber at times to get up there as taxis aren’t readily available out front but are just a few blocks away. We had a great vacation and hope to return!

Monica and Adriana were responsive and easy to get a hold of when we had questions.
The place is just like the pics, but better. For 6 people, it was no issue with space.
We all enjoyed the plunge pool and was a nice added feature. The sunsets are always amazing and the sound of the ocean are relaxing. Water pressure was spot on. It is a smaller tank so keep that in mind.
You are very close and can walk to everything you need. We walked up to the grocery store a few times and walked back. There was always a cab waiting if you need a ride back. Corner markets for more beer and snacks. Even walking to town square was quick and worth the visit.
I gave the place 4 stars for cleanliness, only because of the ants. We made no mention of it because it wasn't a huge deal. Nothing that wasn't sealed got put in the fridge or the microwave.
All in all, we were all very pleased with our stay and will look to book again for another family outting.

Lovely stay at Pelicano! The home was perfect for our group of 6. Well stocked with everything from pool towels to beach chairs. The grounds are just stunning and so well kept. Many restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store as well. The daily cleaning service was a nice bonus! Gorgeous view from the balcony!

We have been to the Bucerias area several times and La Vida is in a perfect location. It's on the nicest section of beach and walking distance to everything. The one thing to take note of is that this is a VERY quiet villa community. Most of the owners are elderly and they don't even like loud talking around the pool. The location, the villa, the concierge are all amazing, but if you have younger kids, who tend to make a bit of noise, this location may not be for you. If you are adults and looking for a quiet, serene atmosphere, then this is a wonderful spot.

We spent 5 days in Bucerias for a family wedding. We could walk to all the festivities and the condo was wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Sitting in the infinity pool on the porch was wonderful during the day and at sunset. The community pool was lovely and quiet as well. The gym is lacking in free weights but we were able to take long runs and do body weight workouts. The condo had plenty of towels, cooking utensils, and beach chairs. We used the "In Drive" app for a short ride to and from the local larger grocery "La Comer". We had continued mobile services through T-mobile with easy North American plan add on. We texted and emailed with the concierge on arrival. They offered to get groceries, rides, excursions, chefs, basically anything you could possibly need. It was really seamless and relaxing.
I recommend getting massages on the beach. Just walk up and the current price is 400 pesos (about $20). We enjoyed walks/runs heading south on Calle Lazaro Cardenas. There is a lovely walking trail into a larger resort area. If you head north on this street you will end up crossing the kissing bridge into the main market area. Exercise caution when crossing the bridge late at night.
We recommend getting meals at Ozzie's bar (standard American), Karen's Place (I have celiac disease and they have GF labeled menu items), and Mykos (sushi and they have GF soy sauce).

Great condo. Large rooms except for one bedroom is very small but doable. Great view and access to the pool on the ocean. Walking distance to great restaurants and town. Would recommend this condo.

Anniversary vacation
Lovely accommodations.
It would have been helpful to know that there were numerous steps to navigate to the beach since there were two 80 year old adults one who was challenged by all the steps.
It would be helpful to have a better/clearer way of paying for additional services instead of being told so many pecos & converting pecos to charge via credit card . PayPal etc.
Here are the charges in pecos or here are you charges in American dollars or whatever country you’re dealing with. Then the individual can decided how to pay.

There during “off season” and it was great…not a lot of people around, so that was awesome! Massages on the beach right outside the beach club, so what’s not to love?!

She coordinated for a cook and bartender to prepare meals and serve drinks at very affordable rates. This home has high end finishes, Viking appliances, comfortable furniture and high quality linens. Daily housekeeping is included in the rate. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided. The beach club (ocean front) has an oversized palapa, padded chaise lounges, a large pool, hot tub, small gym and bathrooms. Most of the time we had the beach club to ourselves and the beach in front of the property was largely empty during our stay. The landscaping throughout the property is lush and well maintained. Bucerias has become a bit of a Canadian expat enclave with many great restaurants within walking distance of the home. Prices are very reasonable. Almost all had live music as well. Bucerias is growing so expect considerable construction. We split our trip between an all inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta and this home. If we had to do over again we would skip the all inclusive.

The unit is very spacious -- more than enough room for my husband and myself as well as our two adult sons and each of their partners. It is beautifully decorated and well-kept. Both Monica and Adrianna checked in on us often to make sure that everything was going well--it was great to know that they were just a text-message away if we needed anything! We loved spending time on the terrace, by the pool, and on the beach -- such a peaceful retreat! And when we wanted to get out, there were lots of restaurants and downtown Bucerias within easy walking distance. We can't wait to go back again next year!

Would have given five stars if not for the rude Canadian owner of a different unit who took it upon themselves to berate my friend for making a simple honest mistake regarding removing sand from their feet at the correct place. This owner also ensured to complain about this small mistake to our concierge AND the owner of the unit we were renting. But only after asserting to us that 'you won't be coming back'.
Beautiful location and property and friendly concierge and other staff but do not make any mistakes or the other owners may accost you in the common areas and report you to any and all authorities they can.

Second time staying at this property. Everything was great. Not a lot of people. Very relaxing. Adriana and Monica were always checking to see if we needed anything. Will go back

Property is fairly new. The unit has a very nice porch on the upper level with a small plunge pool (not heated). The beach area is very nice and out of the way from most foot traffic. The infinity pool is also very nice but there is no bar service. One of the bedrooms is very small and has NO windows- very claustrophobic and would not generally be good for an adult couple. Also, the housekeeping service made a big mistake. Since the washing machine was having mechanical problems the staff put the used pool towels and some of the bedroom towels in the dryer and redistributed them without washing as if they were clean. We expressed this health concern to management but they were not willing to fully take ownership of the problem. We asked for a small amount of compensation but the owner was unwilling to oblige.

Delightful Stay in Beautiful Bucerias
We loved our stay at La Vida in Bucerias! The house was in excellent condition. It is beautifully furnished and very well located steps from the beach. The complex is safe and well maintained. Adriana, our concierge, was warm and attentive, and helped us get oriented so that we could enjoy our stay.

Place is large, with a great layout for 6 adults. You can’t beat the view.
Betty took care of the unit, did laundry for us and kept it immaculate.. a wonderful job.

Beautiful Bucerias
What a wonderful, peaceful stay in Bucerias. The condo was everything it claimed and more. Very peaceful setting with gorgeous grounds and wonderful beach area. Everyone was able to find just the right amount of sun/shade by the pool. Excellent restaurants close within walking distance. Will definitely return.

A beautiful home on the beach
We (a party of 6 adults) stayed at this beautiful condo for 3 weeks. Impressive property that was very well maintained. Any issues, of which there were just a few minor things, were dealt with quickly, efficiently and with smiles. We were visited by Adriana (concierge) several ti es to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves and if there were any problems. She was fantastic! We also met with Monica, who also was extremely helpful and clearly wanted our stay to be without issue. The condo itself was beautiful. The sheets and towels were were of high quality. The beach was just down the path to the beach house. In essence, this property lived up to it’s advertised amenities. Great area- close to restaurants
and the market area. Easy to walk to the grocery store. We did not use the parking, but there is gated parking for the residents of the complex. Our stay was easily rated as a 10. We felt spoiled . Thank you Monica, Adriana and he other staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay Villa Pelicano. Everything was as pictured, the beds were comfy, bathrooms were spacious and the service was great. We didn’t need much while we were there but if I ever did send Adriana a message, she was always quick to respond, extremely helpful and very sweet. She even had fresh guacamole and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived the villa.
There were plenty of delicious food options within walking distance and the condo had direct beach access.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay in the hidden gem that is Bucerías, then don’t look any further than this place. :)

Great location
Beautiful condo, very secure and safe with an amazing view and a very easy access to the beach, all the staff and the management was very nice and accommodating , And they include cleaning of the apartment every day which is amazing, Our hosts Adriana and Monica were very sweet and very nice, They make you feel like you are family thank you so much for the wonderful time
