The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Almost all of the staff were respectful, friendly, and professional. Overall, everything else about the property was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.
Unfortunately, one of the front desk employees was not welcoming or professional. She never smiled or greeted us, spoke in a harsh and irritated manner, avoided eye contact, and came across as very rude. This was very different from the rest of the staff, who were respectful and pleasant.
I also believe the housekeeping staff should be reminded to keep their voices down in the hallways. They often talked and laughed very loudly, sometimes having loud phone conversations while cleaning rooms. Not every guest checks out early. Some of us stay at hotels specifically to sleep late, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. We have stayed at several other hotels in downtown Fort Worth, and they have generally been much quieter.

Close proximity to everything.
Bathroom floor wasn’t clean, AC in room made a constant clinking noise, couldn’t order room service because their method of accessing menu wasn’t working, and lastly, did not have microwave in room.
