Loved everything! Stayed in the studio apartment, very spacious room with high ceilings, beautiful architraving and ceiling plaster work. There were 3 sets of long windows/doors with fabulous old style shutters and a juliette balcony with street view, which we enjoyed.
The location was spot on!
We were just off a little square full of restaurants, a lovely little pizzeria underneath and a supermarket just next door.
Turn right out the door, this brings you on to the main shopping street. Continue downward to metro station, river front & Dom Luis bridge.
The place was crisp & clean.
The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great too.
I would definitely stay here again.
Just a few small of suggestions:
A 2nd mirror/full length in the living area (we were 3 ladies and a 2nd vanity area would have been very welcome & helped time-wise while the bathroom was in use)
A little more hanging space (could be done discreetly as I can understand you wouldnt want to ruin the beautiful asthetics or take up space with clumpy wardrobes)
Also a brush & pan needed.
In saying all of that we loved it & would definitely recommend :)

Second room on the 4th floor was quite a walk up although the stairs were wide and well maintained.

Location
Lack of shelves/ wardrobes to put clothes. Couch not very confortable, not many toiletries.

Very good location.
I feel like I can hear every footstep my neighbors make right next to me. I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise.
