The staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked our floating markets tour and bus pickup. Always attentive.

Good location
The towels provided were old and had holes on both days, and there were spider webs in the toilets. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. The main door being made of glass allowed the bright corridor lights to illuminate the room throughout the night. The rooms were not soundproof, as noise from neighboring rooms, including music and videos, was clearly audible. Additionally, the rooms had an unpleasant odor.
