Friendly young man, Trung/Moon, on the front desk, always helpful. He even arranged a brand new kettle straight out of its box when we found the one in our room did not work. I was a little disappointed at first when we arrived because I was expecting more from the garden view advertised (the view is of the street that has some trees!) but I grew to appreciate its facilities and location near the river. Would definitely come back.
The bathroom had one of those showers without an enclosure or curtains that sprayed water everywhere so you had to be sure to move the precious toilet paper or it would get soaked.

Elevator & safe place for our motorbike.
The room is very nice, clean and spacious.
The receptionist and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful.
Close to the night market and the city center is very convenient.

The location is great. Next to the night market and a short walk to the city center. Also, the staff are super nice, they let us take a shower there after check out because we took a night bus, and they even gave us a towel for that
The room was very dirty. The bed sheets and towels had stains and there were bugs and spiders all over the room. The bathroom was very unwelcoming
