Het terras is heerlijk. Fijne extra ruimte want de studio is relatief klein. Goed geïsoleerd dus je merkt niets van de drukte van de stad onder je. Airco is heel fijn op warme dagen. Goed beddengoed. Leuke typisch Portugese restaurants binnen 5 minuten lopen. Het pand is prachtig en de host is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Trappen zijn een uitdaging maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Koelkast is heel klein en niet erg praktisch. Is aan vervanging toe. Planken van het terras zijn oud en sommige kapot. Oppassen waar je gaat staan dus. Deur naar het terras kan je alleen sluiten door hem op slot te doen. Dat kan alleen van binnenuit. Als je op het terras zit kan je de deur dus niet sluiten. Maar hier hadden we geen probleem mee en dit werd gecompenseerd door alle plussen van deze locatie.

Great clean comfortable space with lovely terrace area. High standard kitchen area and bathroom which was spacious. Very quiet, lovely communal areas and great location. Mariana was very friendly and helpful on arrival, easy to set up check-in time with her.
Terrace was fantastic, though it just needs a few planks repairing.

Very nice location and good size room especially for someone like me travelling alone. Would also be great for a couple. Nice and big terrace with great views. Good to do outdoor circuit training or just have a cold beer in the evening! I also appreciated the quietness of the place - I slept very well!

Very good location, near most important venues and metro station. There is a good breakfast restaurant in the corner. Comfortable room and bed, clean bathroom. Very good option for city break.
You should be carefull as doors on terrace is low :) I don't recommend if you have a heavy luggage - obvious but worth to mention this is top floor and no elevator.
