The location was great - right near Porto City Hall. The apartment was very well laid out and quite comfortable. There was enough room to relax when not out exploring the beautiful city.
The only complaint would be how the sound from the hallway carried into the apartment. Someone dragging their suitcase up (or down) the stairs in the middle of the night woke us - if you are a light sleeper, this could be bothersome but I fell right back to sleep!

Great space for visiting the city. Fab shower. Comfy beds. Loved the care and attention to ensuring an easy stay - such as free luggage drop off and late check in.
Nothing not to like. Good value.
An iron would be a good addition.

The location and the decor of the apartment. It’s really clean. The communication between us and the staff was smooth, even though we never see them face to face.
We think one thing that can be improved further is the storage. There are no hangers in the apartment for us to hang clothes. There are selves though.

I prefer the one bedroom apartment but this one was also nice. Too bad it was raining next to the bed which created a puddle that I stepped on while getting out of the bed...
They seriously need to put up a huge sign warning the guests to not lock the building door from the inside because then the code doesn't work to unlock it. This has happened before and the hosts don't seem too interested in finding a solution. I explained the situation to the person at the checkin building, which is 5 min away from the apartment. He said "if that happens, call us". I already knew it was going to happen. And then me and some other guests had to wait in the rain while someone came to unlock the door. Also it was raining in the bedroom next to the windows. I might not come back
