We absolutely loved our stay at Greenfield Ecostay. We travelled as a family of four with two children, and it was such a lovely place for all of us. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, but what really makes this place special is the incredible location. Surrounded by rice fields and mountains, it is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful.
We actually accidentally arrived a day earlier than we had booked, and René and Ngân were so kind and accommodating, managing to make space for us at very short notice. We really appreciated how helpful and welcoming they were, and they genuinely made us feel at home throughout our stay.
We hired bikes and loved riding around the local area, which was great to do as a family. The pool is exceptional – probably one of the most beautiful settings for a pool we have ever experienced. The children absolutely loved it, and it was the perfect place for all of us to relax after exploring.
The food was another highlight. We had breakfast there each morning and also stayed for dinner a few times. Everything was so fresh and delicious. In particular, the pancakes with mango and banana are out of this world – definitely order them!
Greenfield Ecostay was one of the highlights of our trip and somewhere we would happily return to. It was perfect for us as a family, and if you are visiting the Phong Nha area and want somewhere peaceful, beautiful and genuinely welcoming, we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Really enjoyed our stay, the pool is a great bonus after a busy day, gorgeous views over the rice paddies, so peaceful. Rene and Nguyen are excellent hosts, friendly with lots of good tips, creating a community atmosphere. Great breakfast and delicious evening meals. Bikes you can borrow, I could have stayed a month!

Rene, the owner of the ecostay is a realy nice guy who is going to help you with everything you need to organize your activities in the area. I prolonged my stay because the region is beautifull and it was the highlight of my motorbike trip to Vietnam. Strongly recommend this place.
