The view was amazing and the best part!! The owner was awesome with messaging, he even checked when we got there that everything was okay. Our room was clean and was perfect for just me and my husband (it would be a little snug if the kids had been with us especially with how much rain we got during our trip). We loved the security staff, the (quieter) location, the chair/umbrella guys were amazing and so friendly, the restaurant, the halls were so quiet etc. The only issue was the one working elevator since they were working on upgrading them but that didn't have anything to do with our room. My husband and I would definitely book this room again, 5 stars for sure!

Needs some TLC. Mattress was horrible and sofa was uncomfortable. We didn’t cook anything so not sure about the appliances. The lock box for the key needs to be replaced, it was hard to open. The shower could use a deep clean, need new toilet and vanity. We also never used the tv. Not what I expected but I got what I paid for. Would stay in the complex again just not this unit.
